Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Campus Football School In Wuwei City

This article takes the present situation and the development countermeasure of the campus football characteristic school in Wuwei city as the research object,through those research methods: the literature material,the field investigation,the expert interview,the questionnaire survey,the mathematical statistics and so on,this article carries on the investigation and research to the campus football characteristic school in three counties and one district of Wuwei city,the organization leadership,the condition guarantee,the education teaching,the training competition and so on.To explore the problems existing in the development of campus football characteristic schools in Wuwei City and put forward some countermeasures.To provide reference for the sustainable development of campus football characteristic schools in Wuwei.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.The development condition of campus football characteristic schools in Wuwei city is good,and the layout of some regional football characteristic schools is not balanced.2.From the organizational leadership level,the implementation of relevant policies is not enough,the relevant system needs to be improved.3.From the condition guarantee situation,the professional football teacher is relatively lacking;the venue facilities are not perfect;the fund aspect is short,the source channel is single,it is difficult to meet the long-term development of the campus football.4.According to the situation of education and teaching,the football course is carried out well,basically reaching one football lesson per week,and the popularity of campus football is high;however,the development of school-based curriculum is insufficient,and more than 70% of teachers make teaching plans based on personal experience and unified textbook compilation,which lacks pertinence.5.From the point of view of training and competition,the organization of each school football association is basically established;the construction of the team pays more attention to the construction and training of the school team,and the school team participates in the competition at a higher level;the frequency of the school competition is less,and the opportunity for students to participate in the competition is less.6.From the point of view of safety and security,there are still shortcomings in the prevention and control of hidden dangers of campus football safety in schools,so it is necessary to continue to strengthen theprevention of students’ safety problems and solve the worries of parents,students and schools.In view of the conclusions and problems,the following development countermeasures are proposed:1 to further strengthen the application of football characteristic schools,urban villages and towns coordinated development;2 to continue to improve the relevant system,build inspection institutions to ensure the sustainable development of campus football;3 to strengthen teacher training and increase the training of special football teachers;4 to make full use of the open space to speed up the construction of football facilities;5 to raise funds and increase the use of funds;6 to optimize the allocation of resources and strengthen the development of school-based curriculum;7 to refine the competition system and increase the participation rate.
