| The shot put is a compulsory course for physical education major and sports training major in sports colleges and universities.Students majoring in physical education and sports training are mostly moving towards the position of teacher.Therefore,it is particularly important to standardize students’ technical movements and cultivate their teaching ability.In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology and the increasingly perfect training concept,a large number of advanced equipment and training theories have been introduced into sports training and physical education classroom teaching,so that students’ ability to master technical movements and sports scores have been effectively improved.In this paper,by using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire,survey method,observation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,combined with the shot put project technical principles and rules designed several of sports training study elastic band combination training method,applied to the physical education major in the shot put technique lesson,the experiment is completed using high-definition cameras students complete backward slide of shot put technique and using kinematics analysis software for students shot put technique for scientific and reasonable analysis,to examine the effects of elastic band combination training and promote the teachers’ evaluation is more reasonable and scientific technology.It makes students master the technology more effectively in the technical course learning,improves the teaching effect of shot put technology,reduces the sports injury in teaching,provides the scientific basis for teachers in the teaching process,and opens up new ideas for students to learn the technology.Experimental results show that: 1.The combined training method of elastic belt can effectively develop the strength quality of students,improve the stability and flexibility of students’ body,and improve their sports performance.The experimental results show that the throwing performance and technical evaluation performance of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group.2.In the learning process of shot put technology,after the combined training of elastic belt,the changes of students’ joint speed and body gravity center speed are more reasonable,and the link technology can be more effective to improve the utilization rate of speed and strength.3.After the intervention of combination training of elastic belt,the distance of students’ sliding step is farther and the time of sliding step is shorter in the stage of sliding,and the angles of each body link in the transition stage are more reasonable.Finally,the order of generating force in the middle school of strength technology is more reasonable and conforms to the law of sports mechanics.When entering the final exertion stage,a stable left support can be formed and a reasonable final exertion preparation posture can be established.4.Finally,the exertion technology strengthens the ability to surpass the equipment and effectively increases the distance of doing work.Shot put to parameter change showed that after elastic band combination training intervention experiment,the experimental group students to speed is higher than the control group,Angle and height is more close to the reasonable scope,explain elastic band combination training can optimize students’ mastery of technology,make the last technology conforms to the kinematics rule.5.The combination training method of elastic belt can affect students’ learning attitude.Students actively practice,imitate and correct mistakes in class,constantly improve their skills,improve their learning enthusiasm,and enable students to master technical movements more effectively. |
