| The Ballroom is a sport event in which men and women are in pairs.In the competition,it usually displays the basic dance skills,smooth steps,coordination between the pairs,dance style performance and so on under the accompaniment of about 1 ’30 ".Among them,the frame technique is the ideal contour for the dancer to maintain the graceful and stable posture,and it is also the core technique to complete the whole set.In order to improve the competitiveness of the Ballroom,starting from the formation characteristics of movement technology,this study try to common design form new elastic belt,elastic belt improvement applied to Ballroom teaching and training,hoping new elastic belt training can effectively improve students’ hump,quite ribs,shoulders,before the big arm,elbow on the up and down,to enhance frame type stability,better training effect,achieve the optimization of modern teaching and training methods.This study mainly USES the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics,etc.,and evaluates the experimental effect by means of 3d motion capture instrument test and expert scoring,hoping to provide certain reference value for the improvement and innovation of Ballroom teaching and training auxiliary equipment.The research results are as follows:1.Before the experiment,through the analysis of the form of the Ballroom rack for the students with and without foundation,the basic students can maintain a good Angle of the form of the frame 30 seconds before,and when the movement to 60 seconds,the form of the frame is prone to deformation.At the beginning of the movement,the unfoundation students have appeared the form variation,and the form Angle fluctuates greatly during the movement.The integrity of the form is an important problem for the students with and without foundation.2.By adopting the combination of subjective and objective evaluation model to evaluate the result of the experiment concluded that the application of new type of elastic band to have foundation of students,can effectively improve the rack type "elbow and shoulder,hip" and "elbow and shoulder-s" volatility in sports,can enhance the extensibility of the spine,cage type frontal plane and horizontal plane stability and durability.The new elastic band is applied to the students without foundation,which can effectively improve the problem of straight ribs,enhance theverticality of spine,and form a better overall effect of frame in the early stage of movement.3.In the same training period,to achieve the same training effect,the use of the new elastic belt than the ordinary elastic belt training and unarmed training in less time.4.Based on the theoretical analysis of the new elastic band,it is established that the new elastic band is multi-angle to improve the form of the Ballroom frame.The belt design puts pressure on the core to improve rib protrusion;The design of the harness can make the body in a neutral and upright position,maintain the stable vertical axis of the body,improve the hump problem,and enhance the spine upward extension;The tension belt design of both elbows can maintain the stability of the big arm in the horizontal plane,and maintain the dance frame space;The tension band from the wrist to the middle can train the upper limb muscle strength and endurance,ensuring the stability of the frame in the frontal plane. |
