Research On Error Correction Effect Of Elastic Belt In Shot Put Teaching Class

Based on literature review and experimental research,combined with the technical characteristics of backsliding shot-put,this paper puts forward the application of "auxiliary exercise of elastic belt" in shot-put course."The auxiliary exercise of elastic belt" mainly USES the resistance and elasticity of elastic belt to assist students to learn how to push shot with backsliding step.According to the applicability of elastic belt,the auxiliary error correction exercise method of elastic belt is designed.The purpose of this paper is to help non-track and field students to better master the backsliding shot-putting technique in the general course of shot-putting with the assistance of elastic belt.Through the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other experimental methods to conduct empirical research.It has been proved that elastic band plays an active role in sports training.In the teaching,the focus is mainly on the wrong movements of students,and the students who make wrong movements are marked.In the last 30 minutes of each class,students use the elastic band to intervene in the exercise,and after repeated elastic band auxiliary exercises,students form the action stereotypes.Elasticity with the purpose of this paper is divided into two kinds: one kind is to use the elastic belt itself resistance to limit the error action of students,another is the use of the characteristics of the elastic band,the cause of the error action according to the students,using elastic band for auxiliary resistance exercises to correct wrong actions,after 18 hours of practice,in the experimental group practice,by the aid of elasticity with the experimental group students technology of backward slide of shot put evaluation scores and grades are better than the control group of students.This article selects Beijing sports university education college class of 2018 undergraduate students of class 3(special)the track and field as experimental object,and in accordance with the method of serpentine grouping the whole class is divided into the experimental group and the control group,the practice of the "elastic belt" used in the experimental teaching process,through 18 class teaching,and through the literature material method,comparative research,teaching,experiment method,video analysis and expert interview method to get the result of the experiment are analyzed after get the following conclusion:1 practice by the aid of elastic belt can effectively improve students back slide of shot put the continuity of the movement as a whole and the coordination of the body,stimulate the students' feeling of ontology in the shot put learning play a role,in a targeted stretch with the practice of error correction for many times,can make the students to correct the wrong action,dynamic stereotype and establish correct action.2 Using the resistance exercise of fixed throwing arm stretch elastic band,students can correct the wrong movement of elbow joint sagging;Students can better control the turning time and correct the mistakes of students' turning in advance by using the left hand stretch belt to do the sliding step exercise.3 After the resistance exercise of kicking on the ground,students' sliding step distance has made great progress.However,there is no significant effect on the error of students' center of gravity fluctuation in 18 class hours.After using the anti-resistance exercise of swinging leg,students' swinging leg movement is more standard,which shortens the time from the moment of landing of right foot to the moment of landing of left foot.4 Due to the short time of the experiment,and only a small number of students were found to have poor left support in the experiment,the left limb technique of students was improved after the resistance training of elastic band,and the left support effect of students' final effort was strengthened.
