Satir Family Therapy Model Involved In Parent-child Conflict In Two-child Family

Family is an important place for the growth and socialization of children and adolescents.Parent-child relationship is an important factor affecting the personality and social development of children and adolescents.With the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,the number of families with two children has increased,family members and family structure are facing a change,and the resulting parent-child conflicts have begun to appear frequently.Many parents tend to ignore the feelings of big children while giving birth to two children.Sudden family changes and the coldness of parents make the big children unable to adapt,emotional deviations,and opposite behaviors.This not only harms the healthy growth of children and adolescents,but also is not conducive to the harmony of social families.How the two-child family should alleviate the conflict between parents and children,promote good family communication,and form a harmonious parent-child relationship has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly uses the case study method,taking the two-child family of H students in Shenzhen Z Elementary School as an example,through collecting and analyzing the case master data,exploring the current situation of the parent-child conflict in the case family and the causes of the conflict,combined with the treatment of Satir family.The mode is involved.Firstly,the iceberg model is used to express the true feelings of the client's inner feelings,and the deep-seated needs behind the client's behavior are discovered.Secondly,meditation and dialogue are used to expose the family's bad communication methods,and the client and his parents are encouraged to realize the root causes of parent-child conflict.Finally,the family sculpture helps.The client's family re-established a good communication model,eased family conflicts,and considered from the perspective of social work,from the perspective of individuals and their families,schools,and society,and proposed countermeasures to improve parent-child conflicts in the two-child family,including helping children establish Correct self-concept,assist parents to learn goodcommunication methods and do a good job of resource links in the school society,so as to promote the benign interaction between parents and children,and then establish a good family atmosphere.
