Research On Athletes' Evaluation Of Service Quality Of Sports Events

The Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open is an event that combines physical function monitoring,physical fitness competition and consulting services.It analyzes the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open.This article starts from the perspective of athletes' perception.Drawing on the SERVPERF scale,we will generate 24 indicators of 5 dimensions in the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open Service Quality Scale,and conduct research and analysis on the athletes of the 2017 Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open Competition to learn about the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open Service.Quality,analysis of its service quality,identify problems and causes,propose optimization strategies and recommendations for the event,and provide reference for better development of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open.This paper takes the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open as the research object,and uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method to conduct research and analysis,and draws the following main conclusions: the athletes of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open are tangible.The five dimensions of reliability,assurance,responsiveness and empathy are used to perceive the quality of service.Descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the sample distribution is in line with the relevant characteristics of the event;through the size of the mean,we can know that the importance of each dimension of the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open is ranked from high to low as guarantee,reliability,Responsiveness,empathy,tangibility.Athletes of different genders and ages have different evaluations on the dimensions of service quality.Female athletes generally rated the various dimensions of service quality higher than male athletes.There is no significant difference in the responsiveness of athletes of different ages to the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open.The reliability,tangibility,assurance and empathy of the service quality of athletes of different ages in the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open Competition The perception is significantly different.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the athletes' evaluation of the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open is very high,and the organizers can maintain the existing operation mode.Combined with the analysis of dimensions,the organizers of the event can improve in terms of tangibility and empathy,and improve the site environment to further improve the service quality of the Health Fengtai Sports Quality Open.
