Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Sports Event Service Quality Perceived By Athletes Based On Modified IPA Mode

Due to the progress of society and the improvement of life quality,the development of sports events has been promoted rapidly,and various sports emergencies occur frequently.There are still many problems in the service quality of sports events to be solved.In addition,excellent minority culture is the result of thousands of years of struggle of the Chinese nation and has symbolic significance to the history and culture of the Chinese nation.If we want to promote the long-term development of the country and society,we must solve the problems between modernization and traditional national culture.As one of the evaluation subjects of the service quality of sports events,the perception effect of the service quality of athletes directly affects the holding of sports events.Therefore,when evaluating the service quality of sports events,athletes can be selected as the evaluation subject to effectively solve the relevant problems.This paper takes the service quality of ethnic minority sports events competition in Shanghai as the research object,selects 21 event service quality evaluation indexes from five dimensions,and uses a variety of research methods to investigate and analyze the service quality of ethnic minority sports events competition in Shanghai.Spss22 software is used to calculate the questionnaire data.Develop the IPA quadrants and modify the IPA quadrants.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the evaluation of other dimensions between athletes of different genders(p>0.05),and p<0.05 in the responsiveness dimension,indicating that there were statistically significant differences between students of different genders.Secondly,the mean scores of reliability,assurance and empathy of females were higher than those of males,while the mean scores of tangibility and responsiveness of males were higher than those of females.There were significant differences in the evaluation of reliability,assurance and empathy(p <0.05)among different ethnic athletes,while there were no significant differences in the evaluation of tangibility and responsiveness(p>0.0 5).However,the assurance dimension score p=0.0 0 0 indicates a significant difference.There was no significant difference in the evaluation of tangibility,responsiveness and empathy among athletes of different sports(p>0.05),but there were significant differences in reliability and assurance(p<0.05).Due to the disadvantages of traditional IPA analysis method,the revised IPA analysis method is selected for evaluation in this paper.Finally,conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward according to the distribution of 21 indicators in the four quadrants of the revised IPA quadrant diagram.
