Design And Analysis Of The Network Public Opinion Management System Based On Big Data

The Internet has become one of the main channels for the dissemination of public opinion.And at the same time,the carrier and theform of the content also show various characteristics.Such as e-mail,website,blog,forum,Post Bar,micro-blog and WeChat,there are too many ways to issue opinion,and we cannot control the content.The Internet is one of the platform for the government organization and research institutions to learn the public sentiment and the pos ition of public opinion,but in the era of big data,there are vario us data on the scale of PB which is engendered by the Internet.It takes the data mining and analysis of public opinion information a new challenge.In order to cope with the challenges,the paper is based on the basic theory and operating mechanism of network public opinion management,and takes the public opinion management system of the government organizations and the research institutions as the research object.According to the overall flow process of the system development,system analysis,design,development,implementation and testing are included.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of mainstream public opinion analysis and management software in detail.The whole process of public opinion management system is based on the theory of information resources management,and the network public opinion management system model based on big data is constructed.The detailed design is made for the module and implementation of the system,and the testing ensures the availability and robustness.The main innovations of this paper are reflected in the following two points.On one hand,the system has studied the data collection,preprocessing,analysis and visual display about the network public opinion based on the Big Data.On the other hand,in order to serve the government and businesses,the system can steadily acquire and process the massive public opinion data from the Internet,and then monitors and warnings through public opinion analysis function.The system can meet the actual needs of users.It will mine efficiently and identify public opinion information from massive data in the era of big data.That has a great practical significance and provides a solution for government and enterprises to monitor and track network public opinion.
