With the advancement of curriculum reform,new requirements for constructing a new type of classroom teaching with "student as the main body and teacher-led" and developing the core literacy of the discipline were put forward.The student-centered teaching model of the guiding case emphasized the ability and quality of students' selflearning,inquiry learning and scientific thinking,and meets the requirements of developing core literacy under the new curriculum reform.This kind of teaching mode provided a new idea for the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the biological level examination under the background of “3+3” new college entrance examination.This paper constructed a biological grade examination review course based on humanistic theory,constructivist theory,recent development zone theory,stent teaching theory,brain science and cognitive science theory through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and experimental research.Under this model,the author put forward the guiding principles,design framework,use process and precautions of the guiding case.Based on this,the author completed the preparation of a full set of guiding cases for the high school biology review class,and added “3+3” In the context of the college entrance examination,the high school biology grade examination review course was taken as an example to conduct a practical study on the effectiveness of the guidance model.The research results were as follows:1.The teaching mode of the guiding case can significantly enhance the enthus ias m and initiative of students.Questionnaire survey should that students who have experienced the teaching mode of the guiding case were more wil ing to answer the teacher's questions actively,and were more willing to use biological knowledge to solve practical problems.The proportion is 32.1% and 45.9% higher than the traditiona l teaching mode.2.The teaching mode of the guiding case can effectively promote the development of students' good study habits.Using the guidance case for teaching,students were 38.3%,41.6%,and 33.5% higher than the traditional teaching mode in forming selfpreparation,self-reviewing summary,and taking the initiative to complete homework.Students were thinking independently,asking questions and self-reflection.The performance of thinking habits was 37.2%,27.4%,and 31.7% higher than the traditional model.3.The teaching mode of the guiding case can effectively improve the academic performance of the students.The research showed that there was no difference between the initial academic performance and the experimental class.Through the study of different teaching modes in one semester,the experimental classes in the teaching mode of the guiding case were divided into 58.20,the control class is 49.26,P<0.05,the teaching of the guiding case under the model,students' academic performance was significantly higher than the traditional teaching mode.4.The teaching model of the guiding case had certain effects in improving the key abilities of students' core thinking and scientific inquiry.The analysis of the scores of specific test questions related to the core competence of core literacy showed that the scores of students in the basic understanding,simple situational exploration,knowledge transfer and other test questions were better than the students in the traditional teaching mode.5.The effect of the guiding case in guiding students to improve their interest in learning was not obvious.The effect of developing students' high-level thinking ability such as critique,creation and evaluation was not significant,and the effect on improving students' logical expression ability is not obvious.The study also showed that only 10% of students believe that the study mode of the guidance case significantly enhances their interest in learning;In the test questions involving complex situation analysis,evaluation and logical expression,there was no difference in student performance.As a new type of teaching mode,the teaching of guiding course showed a good teaching effect.The author hopes that through this research,teachers and students will have more understanding and understanding of the "guidance case",and provide some reference for promoting the change of teaching forms and learning methods in high school biology teaching.
