In 2014,the State Council promulgated The Opinions on the Implementation of Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System.In order to promote the contents of the College Entrance Examination reform scientifically and effectively,the National Examination Center of the Ministry of Education has formulated a College Entrance Examination evaluation system called "one core,four layers and four wings".The key point of the examination is to develop the ability of students to think independently,analyze and solve problems with the knowledge they have learned.In 2017,Shandong Province was listed as the second batch of pilot areas for the new College Entrance Examination reform.Starting from 2020,Shandong Province started to set up its own College Entrance Examination.To understand the paper features of the College Entrance Examination,effectively develop high school biology teaching,this paper has carried on an analysis and comparison about the biology examination paper of Science Comprehensive Capability Test ?in 2019 and College Entrance Examination in Shandong province in 2020.It is found that the proposition characteristics about Shandong College Entrance Examination biological questions under the background of the new College Entrance Examination are as follows:pay attention to material,chart analysis class topics on the investigation to the ability to access to information,the propositions of experimental inquiry are increased to enhance students' ability of scientific inquiry.Reason analysis questions are added to examine students' language expression ability,pay attention to social hot spots and reflect social responsibility.On this basis and combined with the results of literature survey,the corresponding teaching strategies are put forward:carefully read the syllabus,reform teaching idea,innovate teaching mode,pay attention to material analysis topics and place emphasis on experiment and exploration.During the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,in response to the discontinuation of classes,schools carried out online course.In order to understand the online course effect and ensure the teaching quality,this paper conducted a questionnaire and interview survey on biology teachers,students and parents of J Middle School in Jiaozhou City,Shandong Province.The results showed the problems in the online course are the network lag,the students' lack of self-discipline,the lack of interaction in the teaching of biology online course,the family learning atmosphere and the lack of parental supervision.The reasons are as follows:the sudden collision between COVID-19 and "suspension of classes",teachers and students have insufficient understanding of online course teaching,the school lacks experience in the management of online course.According to the characteristics of independent proposition test questions in Shandong Province and the problems of online course,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies to cope with them:To enhance the interactive and foil learning atmosphere,make full use of network resources,and strengthen home-school co-management as well as the evaluation of academic quality.Through the comparative analysis of the scores of the two online exams before and after the course,it is found that the scores of the two classes have been significantly improved.Besides,through the interview survey,it is found that the students' ability of information analysis and experimental exploration have been improved,and they become more interested in biology.It is proved that the teaching measures taken during the online course are effective.
