Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Xinyang Middle School Campus Sports Culture Construction

Culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by human beings in the process of social and historical practice,which has a profound impact on social development.Campus culture is a school long-term development and form a value system,the campus sports culture is an important part of campus culture,especially for middle school students,for students of campus sports culture on the health consciousness and the cultivation of aggressive behavior ability has important role,is an integral part of the middle school students' healthy growth process.The research takes Xinyang middle school campus sports culture as the object.Based on the literature research,84 teachers and 956 students in Xinyang no.10 middle school are investigated from four aspects of campus sports material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture.The research results show that:In terms of physical and cultural construction of school sports,many middle schools in Xinyang city are short of sports field construction area,per capita sports field area is relatively small,sports equipment and facilities are deficient,and the equipment is not balanced.In terms of spiritual and cultural construction,the channels to disseminate sports spirit and culture are single.Most schools are deficient in network construction,sports sculpture,sports publicity column,sports slogan and other aspects,and sports theory courses are poorly offered.In terms of the construction of system culture,Xinyang middle school has relatively complete rules and regulations,but the school has some deficiencies in the implementation of the system,the site facilities management system is not perfect;In the aspect of behavior culture construction,Xinyang middle school sports class,big break sports activity,school sports meeting development situation is relatively good.It is concluded that the main factor affecting the construction of Xinyang middle school sports is the insufficient attention of school leaders to school sports.Shortage of funds for sports culture construction;The lack of physical education teachers in schools and other reasons,resulting in the school can not effectively implement the relevant rules and regulations,affecting the construction of campus sports culture.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy development of Xinyang campus sports culture,first of all,school leaders should strengthen the importance of campus sports culture construction;Secondly,actively expand the access channels of sports funds,in addition to government financial funds,to take the initiative to absorb social funds into the campus sports culture construction;Thirdly,the ways and forms of campus sports culture communication should be enriched to improve students' sports culture quality through campus network communication,sports culture festivals and special sports lectures.Fourth,optimize the mechanism and mode of teacher selection and training,improve the number and quality of teachers;Fifth,the reform physical education classroom teaching form and the teaching method,integrates the physical education theory knowledge into the classroom teaching.
