Research On Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

The proposal and application of the supply-side reform theory have broken through the limitations of its economic significance and driven the reform and innovation in other fields of society,which has a very far-reaching impact and has a very important reference significance for the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the rapid development of information and science and technology,ideological and political education in colleges and universities has taken on new characteristics.The new media era has changed the psychology of college students,and their demands for ideological and political education have also changed.How to treat these new problems in the course of education correctly and promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become an important subject of education reform.This new thinking of supply-side reform provides us with a new perspective,which enables us to start from the supply side,discover the existing problems in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and then explore new ideas and new methods to solve the problems.In this article,through the perspective of reform of the supply side,to the present situation of the current ideological and political education as the breakthrough point,combined with changes in the demand of the ideological and political education of contemporary university students,analyzing the problems existing in the ideological and political education of university,and on the basis of the theory of supply side reform deeply analysis the reasons of the problem,based on this,puts forward the ideological and political education innovation path.This paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter is introduction,which introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,research significance,research ideas and methods,key points and innovation points.Chapter two: supply-side reform and related theories of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts related to the supply-side reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,then describes the correlation between the reform and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and finally proposes the necessity of promoting the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of supply-side reform.Chapter three discusses the problems and causes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of supply-side reform.Firstly,the problems existing in the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities are put forward from the perspective of the supply side,and then the causes are deeply analyzed.Chapter four: the innovation path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the supply-side reform.This is the focus of this paper and innovation,relatively more.In this part,mainly from five aspects: the first from the supply of main aspects: optimize the supply of main,improve the quality of education supply;Second,from the aspect of supply content: integrate the supply content to reduce capacity and achieve accurate supply;Third,from the aspect of supply means: change the supply method to ensure the effectiveness of supply;Fourth from the supply environment: to create a good supply environment,strengthen cultural construction;Fifth,from the demand side of the subject: to play the demand side of the subjectivity to meet their growth needs.
