Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Work Teams In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Supply-side Structural Reform

As our country has entered a new era of development,ideological and political work in colleges and universities is facing many new situations and new issues.In practice,there is a conflict between the demand for high-quality and efficient ideological and political education and the unbalanced supply of low-end and inefficient ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The key to solving this contradiction lies in the construction of a ideological and political work team that is focused on specialization,combined with expertise,and with sufficient numbers and high quality.The construction of ideological and political work teams in universities is guided by the methodology of "supply-side structural reforms." The focus is on the structural optimization of the ideological and political work supply main body,the enhancement of the supply main body's talent cultivation ability,and the improvement of work quality and efficiency.Political work provides a steady stream of endogenous motivation.The body consists of four parts,which mainly answer the following questions:First,the methodological guidelines and new requirements for the construction of ideological and political work teams in institutions of higher learning through structural reforms on the supply side.A theoretical explanation of the structural reforms on the supply side,recognizing its theoretical origins and methodological implications.The construction of ideological and political work teams in universities is itself a supply-side structural reform work.Structural reform on the supply side also has methodological guidelines for team building,and requires multi-subject education and team structure optimization.Second,there are structural problems in the supply of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.First,analyze the organizational strength,full-time strength,and part-time strength included in the supply main body.Secondly,to explain the problems existing in the supply main body,the important role of the organization force is not fully exerted,the comprehensive quality of the full-time force needs to be urgently improved,and the full-time part-time force does not form a synergistic education effect.Third,the analysis of the reasons for the structural problems existed in the main supply of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.From the three dimensions of the lack of effective management and thought leadership of organizations,the incommensurate changes in the structure of the full-time force and changes in demand,and the lack of cooperation between the part-time and part-time forces,there is a specific analysis.Fourth,the strategy to strengthen the optimization of the ideological and political work force structure in colleges and universities under the perspective of supply-side structural reforms.Organizational forces must adhere to multi-ethnic education to lead the continuous improvement of the scientific level of ideological and political work;strive to fill the weaknesses and shortcomings of full-time strength to improve overall quality and enhance their ideological and political quality and leading position;The balance of development and linkage,inspire the work together to form a collaborative and efficient education effect.
