The emergence,rise and rapid development of e-commerce have led to an increase in the number of e-commerce companies,and the demand for electric merchants has increased significantly.In order to meet the needs of enterprises,China's colleges and universities actively set up e-commerce majors and cultivate a large number of graduates.However,social power-on merchants still have difficulties in recruiting workers and high turnover rates,thus forming an embarrassing situation in which such talents supply and demand structural contradictions.Because the existing electric merchants have not yet met the employment needs of enterprises,the development of e-commerce enterprises has been suppressed to some extent.Through the combing of the existing literature,it is found that the e-commerce change is faster,the existing research can not dig deep into the characteristics of the e-commerce industry talent demand,and the research method is more traditional,the data sample is small,it is difficult to clarify the problem of the supply and demand of the electric merchant.Lack of a true understanding of the characteristics of the demand of electric merchants,research scholars did not give more reasonable suggestions and proposals.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprise demand side,this paper uses big data thinking and methods to analyze the characteristics of talent demand of e-commerce enterprises in China.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,through the analysis of related concepts,connotations and characteristics of online recruitment,human resources,talent demand and core skills,the research questions and contents are clarified,and the post-modern curriculum theory of Dole Principles is briefly described,Two-factor incentive theory,Web text mining theory and other basic theories are also used in this research;secondly,it took two years to recruit the information from the domestic mainstream recruitment network for more one million e-commerce merchants in nearly three years,including 51 job.com,zhaopin.com and ChinaHR.com to develop a standardized data collection process to standardize the data source;then,the data source is preprocessed,andthe IBM Content Analysis text analysis platform and the MYSQL database are used to segment the text,and the skill dictionary is constructed to extract the skill characteristics of the electric merchant;in addition,the results are displayed using time series algorithm to predict changes in core skill words and using big data visualization technology,and the results show that the demand for e-commerce posts in China has changed significantly in the past three years,and the skills needs of individual e-commerce positions have changed and new skills are needed;finally,based on the perspectives of talent development,talent security,talent environment and talent training,we propose reasonable suggestions and solutions for the development of talents in China's e-commerce industry from the three levels of enterprises,governments and universities.
