With the continuous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,in recent years,More and more researchers recognized the importance of cultural teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,But it is blocked during the actual operation,especially in the culture teaching although many theoretical research but did not put forward a general outline of the situation,Many Chinese serve as foreign language teachers,the lack of culture teaching guidance culture teaching effect is not obvious.The author first analyzed the situation of the Chinese language teaching in the Philippines and the cultural teaching situation of the Tarlac National High School and found that there were problems in the culture teaching.The second was to study the needs of the students,teachers,and the actual situation of the teacher’s teaching to find out.The needs of students and teachers in cultural education,and the inconsistencies in the cultural needs between teachers and students,provide more real information for the follow-up of the proposal for cultural instruction throughout the Philippine public high school.After summing up the investigation of students,teachers,and teaching conditions,the problems in the cultural teaching of Tarlac National High School are:First,the separation of cultural teaching and language teaching;Second,there is no forming teaching model,and there is no system of cultural teaching.Sexual and normative;Third,teachers’teaching content and students’learning needs are not equal;fourth,the school attaches less importance to cultural education.Therefore,it proposes targeted suggestions on the problems and the causes of the problems:First,language teaching and cultural teaching are carried through from beginning to end,so that language and culture are combined;Second,cultural teaching should be systematic and standardized.Third,we must grasp the content of cultural teaching.Fourth,cultural education must be combined with the actual teaching of the local area and combined with the situation of learners.Fifth,we should pay attention to the development of cultural activities.At the end of the day,in order to use the Tarlac National High school as a template,summed up the characteristics of students,teachers,and teaching environments in public schools in the Philippines.proposed cultural education from the situation of students,teachers,cultural teaching content,and cultural activities.Constructive suggestions and opinions.
