In recent years,campus football has spread out throughout the country,the ability of athletes has been continuously improved,the technical and tactical level of the game,the level of confrontation have also been constantly improved,and the overall football environment has also undergone earth-shaking changes.In contrast,the law enforcement level of referees should be constantly improved,in which the campus football referee lecturer plays a vital role.A qualified referee lecturer has many factors from training to management to use.This paper takes 77 national campus football referee lecturers registered in the past three years as the research object,through the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation method and so on to carry on the investigation and analysis,and so on,and draws the conclusion that through the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method and the field investigation method,etc.The conclusion is as follows:1.At present,the teaching staff of campus football referees in our country is mainly held by teachers and educational system managers,and most of them have the experience of professional league referees;however,the number of lecturers is relatively small,barely maintaining the demand of campus football matches;the overall age structure is more reasonable,but the reserve lecturer is in shortage;the regional distribution of lecturers is more concentrated,which makes it unreasonable to assign the tasks to the lecturers.Lecturers generally have higher academic qualifications.2.There are 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 48 third-level indexes,among which 14 essential factors,13 important factors,12 general important factors and 9 non-important factors are required.At this stage,the management and training of lecturer team can not fully match the required competency requirements.3.In the aspect of the management of the lecturer,the establishment of the school football committee is not sound,the personnel configuration is not in place,the special person is not assigned to the special pipe,and the data informationmanagement system for the lecturer is not provided,which leads to a vulnerability in the process of qualification examination,admission and assessment of the lecturer;There is a lack of timely and effective communication mechanism between the lecturers and the management;the amount of investment is not enough;the management rules of the lecturer are not enough,and nearly half of the lecturers are not fully aware of the specific management specifications,the job responsibilities and the processes developed by the Campus Football Commission.4.In the process of lecturer participation in the training,the training objectives are clear,the training content is clear but not comprehensive;the training scale is expanding year by year,but the overall training form is too single,the training times are too small,the training time is short,and there is no good feedback on the acceptance degree of the lecturer,the training process lacks the orientation of the lecturer's identity,and there is no division between the skilled lecturer and the physical fitness lecturer.There is a lack of grading and there is no upward promotion channel for lecturers.5.At present,there are two ways for lecturers to train referees: annual training course and competition area.The practical training part is not enough in the training,and the theory and practice are not well combined.In recent years,the grade classification of referees has been gradually clarified,but the lecturer's guidance to different levels of referees is lack of pertinence.
