Research On The Construction Of Football Referee Team On Campus In Zhengzhou

At this stage,the development of Henan's campus football has been highly appraised by the Ministry of education and has been at the forefront of the country.As the provincial capital city,Zhengzhou plays the role of the wind vane in Henan Province,and the competition at all levels is increasing.The demand for football referees is in short supply,which not only increases the demand for the number of referees,but also requires the higher level of law enforcement.However,Zhengzhou campus football referees and economically developed cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,and other places still have insufficient follow-up force,unreasonable personnel structure,low level of law enforcement,the training and management of the competent departments are not sound and so on.The existence of these problems will inevitably lead to the low level of Zhengzhou football referees on the court,which will eventually affect and impede thedevelopment and progress of the Zhengzhou campus football.Therefore,it is of positive significance to master the basic situation of Zhengzhou campus football referees,to analyze the training system,management mode and existing problems of campus football referees,to promote the development and popularization of campus football and to build a high level team of campus football referees.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the overall situation,training and management mode and practice law enforcement of Zhengzhou campus football referee team,and finds that there are the following problems in the team of football referees in Zhengzhou Campus:1,the majority of the football referees in Zhengzhou campus are young students in the school,the proportion of women's referees is less,the ability of oral English is poor,the use of computers can meet the needs of the referees,and the enthusiasm for participating in scientific research is not high.2,Zhengzhou City Football Referees all have football experience,physical reserve status is good,but lack of theoretical knowledge of independent learning ability.3,Zhengzhou campus football referees mostly because of their personal preferences in the work of referees;and the work unit and the family are more supportive;but the law enforcement field is less,the training cycle is long;and the loss of talent after graduation makes it difficult for the referee to choose the material.4,the lack of experience in enforcement is the biggest problem that puzzles Zhengzhou city football referees.5,the establishment time of the Zhengzhou campus football office is short,the staffing and institutional settings are not perfect;the referees' training class is few and the referees lack the corresponding communication and communication platform.
