Objective: To explore the effect of Nordic hamstring exercise and Barehand single-leg deadlift training on the lower-limb sports ability of high level soccer players in college at the end of the soccer training session.In order to improve lower-limb performance and prevent Hamstring muscle injury for college soccer players to provide reference.Methods: 32 players of the Male team and Female team of Beijing Sports University school team were selected as subjects except the goalkeeper.Six weeks of intervention training was conducted.as follows: Nordic hamstring exercise and Barehand single-leg deadlift training group(N=8;NHE&SLD),Nordic hamstring exercise group(N=8,NHE),Barehand single-leg deadlift training group(N=8,SLD)and control group(N=8,CG).Intra-group use Paired-Samples T test,Inter-group use One-Way analysis of covariance.Results:(1)Sit-and-reach test Intra-group contrast: compared with the pretest,NHE&SLD group and SLD group had very significant difference(P < 0.01).NHE group had significant difference(P < 0.05),Control group was no significant difference.Inter-group comparison: The promotion effect of NHE&SLD group is the most obvious.SLD group and NHE group increased slightly,but there was no significant difference.(2)Leg Raising test Intra-group contrast: There were significant differences in the left and right side Leg Raising of pre-test(P < 0.01),The difference between left and right sides of post-test NHE&SLD group is the most reduced.In the middle is SLD groups,The difference between left and right sides of NHE group and CG group is relatively small.Inter-group comparison: Both sides of the NHE&SLD group were the most obvious,followed by the SLD group,and the NHE group was relatively poor.(3)Arrowhead change-of-direction speed test Intra-group comparison: NHE&SLD group,NHE group and SLD group had very significant difference in theArrowheadchange-of-direction speed test(P < 0.01).Inter-group comparison: The promotion effect of NHE&SLD group was better,but there was no significant difference in other groups.(4)Illinois agility test Intra-group contrast: the Illinois agility test of NHE&SLD group,NHE group and SLD group had very significant difference(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in control group(P < 0.05).Inter-group comparison: compared with CG group,there was significant difference in NHE&SLD group(P < 0.05).(5)30 meter sprint There was very significant difference between NHE group and SLD group in left post-test(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between NHE&SLD group and CG group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the Inter-group.Conclusion:(1)At the end of the training session,two kinds of eccentric training have certain effect on improving the flexibility of hamstring.(2)Barehand single-leg deadlift can reduce the gap between the weak side leg and the strong side Leg Raising,and make both sides more balanced.(3)At the end of the training session,two kinds of eccentric training can improved the sensitivity.(4)At the end of the training session,two kinds of eccentric training were not effective for 30 m sprint.(5)At the end of the training session,two two kinds of eccentric training may play a certain role in preventing hamstring muscle injury.
