Body building is closely related to the physical beauty of people, and body building is the basis of physical beauty. However, the requirements of body conditions in body building is stricter than any other physical exercise. The points in the competitive body building competitions are the coordination of the overall proportion of the athletes, the circumference, sharpness, resolution and sufficient beauty of muscles. The main evaluation areas for the upper limbs of athletes are the chest, shoulders, back and arms, while the lower limbs are the torso, especially the quadriceps and hamstring muscles of the thigh. For each bodybuilder, the training of femoral biceps usually does not attract enough attention,so femoral posterior muscle group have become almost everyone's weakness, and the performances of sports are showed insufficiently. This research mainly uses research methods and measurement methods such as sports biomechanics and medical imaging technique.Based on the physiological anatomy, function and related training theory of the posterior hamstring muscles,By using of surface myoelectric testing, isokinetic strength testing, and color Doppler ultrasound tests on the subject's post-strength muscle group, and concentrating on testing and analyzing indicators of strength and thickness changes in post-training muscle before and after training of different movements,The purpose is to make the test more rational and scientific. With the analysis of each action on the degree of stimulation of the posterior muscle group and the training effect, the more effective movements of the training of the posterior muscle group of the athletic bodybuilding can be summed up,so that athletes can be guided more effective and get better sport performances.Results:(1)Muscle test of 1RM was performed on 8 training exercises of the hamstrings respectively. The selected electromyographic parameters of Surface myoelectricity test were the product of RMS(uV)and IEMG(uV · s),such as x ± SD,the previous four movements with the highest RMS and IEMG values after testing are the reverse leg curl, the second values are the prone leg curls, the third values are the standing leg curls, and the fourth values are the sitting leg curls; And then the last four values are deep squats, straight leg deadlifts, smith squats, and bow backs separately.(2)Through 24 weeks of different training exercises on back muscles of the two group of subjects, the flexion/bw(N·m/kg)flexion torque of experimental group 1th was found to have an increasing trend. The value of finishing test(1.837 ± 0.214)> before the test(1.772 ± 0.275),the t-test of paired samples showed that the flexor strength of the experimental group 1 increased before and after the experiment, but there was no significant difference,ie,the increase was not significant, that is P>0.05;Before and after the experiment, the relative peak torque values of the flexion muscles of the group 2th in the experiment increased. After the experiment(2.046 +/-0.244)> before the experiment(1.658 +/-0.268),So after the training of the skeletal muscles of the experimental group 2th for 24 weeks,The flexor strength which is the strength of the posterior femoral muscle group increased. After the paired sample t-test,it was found that the flexion strength of the experimental group before and after the experiment increased, and the increase was significant, with obvious changes, that is P<0.01.(3)The thickness of the posterior femoral muscles before and after the experiment was tested. The thickness of the biceps femoris before the experiment was 3.901±0.377 cm and 3.991±0.376 cm after the experiment. The thickness of the biceps femoris of the experimental group before and after the experiment was bigger than before the experiment,Generally speaking,it was shown that after 24 weeks of training, the thickness of the biceps femoris of the experimental group 1th members increased, with an average increase of 0.091 cm.However, according to the paired sample t-test,the thickness of the biceps femoris did not change obviously in the experimental group 1th before and after the experiment, that is P>0.05,and was not distinct statistical differences;before and after the experiment, the thickness of the semi-mandibular and semi-membrane muscles of the group 1st members also had a slightly change. After the experiment(5.106±0.602cm)> before the experiment(5.075±0.564cm),there was a trend of growth which is 0.031 cm.Similarly, according to the t-test of paired samples, the thickness of semitendinosus and semimembrane in experimental group 1th did not change sharply before and after the experiment, that is P>0.05 which was no statistical differences.(4)The biceps femoris tend to increase before and after the experiment in the experimental group 2th.After the experiment(4.235 ± 0.428cm)>before the experiment(3.762±0.460cm),the average increase value was 0.473 cm,which was larger than that of the experimental group 1th.It is about 5 times about the growth value of the experimental group 1th,By the paired sample t-test of the biceps femoris thickness before and after the experiment in the experimental group 2th,it shows that the thickness variation of the biceps femoris of the experimental group 2th before and after the experiment shows a very significant difference, that is P< 0.01;In the mean time, the thickness of the muscles of the group 2th also showed an increasing trend. After the experiment(5.481±0.465cm)>before the experiment(5.008±0.487cm),the average increase value was 0.473 cm,which was 10 times about the experimental group 1th.Paired sample t-test was used to compare the thickness of the semi-membrane semi-membrane muscle before and after the experiment in the group 2th.The thickness of the semi-membrane semi-membrane muscle of the group 2th showed obvious differences before and after the experiment, that is P<0.01.Conclusion:(1)The study researching on the effectiveness of training exercises for the posterior hamstring muscles shows that the order of stimulation of the posterior hamstring muscles in most movements is: reverse leg curling> prone leg curling> standing legs curling> sitting posture Leg curls> Straight leg deadlifts> Smith squats> Archer squats> Bow backs.(2)Different training movements have different stimulus to the target muscle group;Single-joint movements are more effective for muscle stimulation than multiple joint movements.(3)In the training of the posterior hamstring muscle group,it is more proper to use the curled-type isolated movement than the combined movement.
