As the implementer of the basic project of education,teachers shoulder the great responsibility and mission of making education a powerful country.The research on teacher leadership in classroom teaching will help to enhance teachers' awareness of leadership and thus promote classroom teaching.Based on the literature review of teacher leadership at home and abroad,this paper concludes that classroom teacher leadership refers to the leadership demonstrated by teachers in the process of organizing classroom teaching,which is plastic,innovative and leading.Combined with the "five forces model" of leadership of the Chinese academy of sciences,the author divides the performance of teachers' leadership in class into teacher's foresight,teacher's charisma,teacher's influence,teacher's control and teacher's determination,so as to determine the research program.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,a survey was conducted on the front-line teachers in three middle schools in Q city to collect the performance data of teachers' leadership in class,find out the common problems of teachers in classroom teaching,and put forward countermeasures for improving teachers' leadership in classroom teaching.This research is divided into four chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the reason and significance of choosing this topic.By sorting out the researches on teacher leadership at home and abroad,it finds out the theoretical basis for classroom teacher leadership,defines the concept,and determines the research ideas and methods.In chapter two,based on the survey of teachers' leadership in three middle schools in Q city and on the basis of reliability and validity test,this paper makes statistics on the level and difference of teachers' leadership in classroom teaching,and finds that teachers have done well in the construction of collective and students' vision,the guidance of students' learning methods and thinking,but there are also some shortcomings.The third chapter analyzes the problems reflected in the questionnaire data.The main problems are: teachers lack of leadership awareness;The teacher is insufficient to the student raises the goal to grasp;The teacher in the classroom performance of the teacher personality charm is insufficient;The teacher lacks the student moral character influence consciousness;The lack of efficiency of teachers' control is reflected in low efficiency of classroom teaching,insufficient utilization of modern teaching techniques in classroom teaching,rigid and old-fashioned organization of classroom activities,lack of vitality in classroom order,and marginalization of some students.The fourth chapter,in view of Q city teachers in the classroom teaching performance of teacher leadership problems,from the school and teachers themselves put forward countermeasures.The school should attach importance to the training and development of teacher leadership,carry out training courses,build a research group on teacher leadership,strengthen cooperation and sharing,improve the teacher leadership evaluation system,and establish a teacher leadership incentive mechanism.Teachers themselves should strengthen the theoretical knowledge learning of teacher leadership,master the relevant skills and skills of teacher leadership,adhere to the education as the basis,fully implement the new era of the party's education policy,implement the objectives and requirements of student training,give play to the personality charm of teachers' classroom behavior,and constantly enhance teachers' control of the classroom.
