Teacher leadership on the classroom teaching is teacher’s ability to affect their students and achieve the goal of teaching together through knowledge, ability,character and emotion. Improve teacher leadership on the one hand is beneficial to teachers’ self-improvement, on the other hand can promote the all-round development of students.But now, a lot of primary and secondary school teachers don’t know what is teacher leadership, neither do they know how to develop their own leadership,not to mention lead the development of students through their leadership.This study through the literature method、interview method、case analysis,etc. First make an interpretation of teacher leadership in classroom teaching,Next analysis the current situation of teacher leadership in classroom teaching based on three representative teachers in my research school.Finally, tentatively puts forward the promotion strategy of the teacher leadership in classroom teaching.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part, introduction. To illuminate the origin of this study, review and analyze the present situation of domestic and foreign, Access to research significance. The second part, The elements of teacher leadership in classroom teaching.To explore the elements of teacher leadership in classroom teaching. Through the interpretation of leadership,get the theory to support the leadership of teachers in classroom teaching,then analyze the characteristics and extension of it and find five constituent elements of it, That is, grasp of teacher’s teaching objectives, teacher’s personality charm,teacher-student interaction, teaching wit and teacher ability to control.The third part, The performance of teacher leadership in classroom teaching.To analyze some cases according to the five ability,and make teachers clear the specific performance of teacher leadership in classroom. The fourth part,The Promotion Strategy of teacher leadership in classroom teaching.The fifth part,conclusion.
