Since 2013,the Ministry of Education has initiated the revision of the general high school curriculum. In January 2018,the “General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards” was introduced, and the four-point basic concepts of teaching were proposed:(1)attaching importance to student's development;(2)optimizing the curriculum structure;(3)grasping the essence of mathematics;(4)attaching importance to process evaluation. It can be found that mathematics education in our country has begun to shift from focusing on double-based to paying attention to the quality of students.Among them, the teaching mode and evaluation method are two important cuts to improve the class. In the past teaching mode, some schools followed the elitist orientation, and the best educational resources of excellent student owners made it difficult for students at different levels to get “fair” guidance from teachers.Later,in order to ensure the fairness of education, the school began to adopt “universal” education to guide the majority of students, leading to an increase in the number of “marginal students” in the class – it is difficult for follow-up students to follow the progress of the teaching and leave the class.Top students are also out of the class because the content is too simple. In order to reverse this situation, the school began to introduce new teaching models, such as flipping classrooms, but the results are not satisfactory. The fundamental reason is that the teaching value of the classroom has not changed——for most students. At the same time, the students' thinking is weak.If all the students are given to think, the progress of the class is difficult to complete. Therefore,to ensure that each student develops at different levels, first of all, ensuring that each student has a different level of thinking and learning in the class.Secondly,we must ensure that students have sufficient time to think, and teachers can guide from far to near. Finally,we must ensure that students exercise their ability to monitor and express their ideas. In the past evaluation methods, some schools adopted the “judge mode”-In the past evaluation methods, some schools adopted the “judge mode”—teachers simply identified students as making mistakes, did not tell students how to solve their problems, and students tried to protect themselves from shortcomings. This is accompanied by the fact that fraud is repeated and the evaluation is extremely easy to distort. Therefore, the evaluation model should be a “doctor model”—students are willing to tell all the pains to the teacher, work with teacher to solve these problems, and letting the students dare to reveal the inadequacies.Teachers then take stratified teaching based on these shortcomings,to help each student experience effective circulation of exploring, disambiguating, comprehending and reflecting. It can be found that what we need now is not only a new teaching model, but a concept that can effectively guide the class. What called teaching light concept that can consider students, teachers and the teaching environment at the same time, and easy for teachers to understand, accept and use. Therefore, through the literature research on the marginal students, the interpretation of the wrong questions and the dialogue teaching, combined with the ecological classroom theory and the four-ring five-star teaching method.Firstly, the theory related to teaching will be elaborated. Then, combining with the ecological law emphasized by the ecological classroom and the cycle of “learning, thinking, acting, and enlightening” advocated by the four-ring five-star,how to mobilize students' learning motivation and think about the situational creation of the class, finally based on the actual teaching experience of one year, the auther would make a preliminary study on the improvement of student achievement and the phenomenon of marginal students.
