Classroom teaching is a pivotal position for teaching quality, which depending on the effectiveness of classroom teaching. In order to better solve our problems in the chemistry classroom teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching, in this thesis the current situation of chemistry classroom teaching is firstly investigated to summarize the problems existing in the classroom teaching. The “Six Ring Autonomous Learning” learning mode, which can both effectively improve the teaching quality, also can be suitable for traditional teaching in our school, is structured on the basis of the teaching theories, such as the effective teaching theory, the constructivism theory, the problem teaching theory, and so on. Further the teaching practice for “Six Ring Autonomous Learning” is researched in our school.In the study of teaching practice, a total of 110 students from the grade 11 two parallel class in our school are selected as research sample. The experiment lasted one semester, four stages. The first phase is for the determination of subject and a pretest, which is meant to make sure whether the two classes, the experimental class and the comparative class, are equal in learning interest, learning ability, chemical academic achievement before the start of the experiment of chemistry. The second phase is for experimental implementation stage. According to teaching problems that the survey found in this school chemistry classroom, and related education teaching theory, we built six ring "autonomous learning" case study teaching mode. Experimental class mainly use this teaching pattern, while another class still use the traditional teaching mode of teaching. The third stage is to test after the two classes. In accordance with the same as the pretest steps and standard evaluation, and then to score statistics. The fourth stage is the analysis of experimental class and the test questionnaire scores before and after that in comparative classes and chemical school level test scores. Finally, according to statistical results to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the experiment teaching strategy.The experimental results show that: The students’ academic achievement in experimental classes where teaching pattern “six ring autonomous learning" was applied is significantly higher than that in comparative classes, and there were significant differences. Besides, experimental classes do well in chemistry learning interest, self-study ability and inquiry ability and so on. Therefore, the "six ring autonomous learning" case study teaching mode can arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, stimulate students’ interest in learning and develop the students’ learning ability.
