Non-balanced training has more advantages than stable ground training in improving the coordination between muscles and activating deep muscle groups.Currently,non-balanced training equipment mainly includes wave velocity ball(bosu ball),Swiss ball,balance board,suspension rope and so on.The unbalanced level of these devices is fixed,and the devices themselves will not actively change the unbalanced.Therefore,this paper calls them passive unbalanced devices.Six-degree-of-freedom platform can actively control gears to produce different unbalanced states,and can be controlled from multiple directions and dimensions.There are many unbalanced levels,which can get rid of the limitation of changing stability only depending on human movements.Because the equipment itself can make non-balanced active change and adjustment,so this paper calls it an active non-balanced equipment.At present,there are more studies on passive unbalanced equipment and less on active unbalanced equipment.In order to get the influence of active unbalanced equipment on the strength training effect of the muscles in the trunk core area,this study chooses the active unbalanced equipment six-degree-of-freedom platform to compare with the traditional passive unbalanced equipment speed ball and Swiss ball.Fifteen fitness coaches are selected to complete multiple cores on different equipment.Strength training action,using surface electromyography equipment to detect,comparative analysis of trunk core muscle force effect,analysis of similarities and differences,so as to explore the impact of two types of equipment on trunk core muscle group strength training effect,explore the similarities and differences between active and passive unbalanced equipment,to provide more for core strength training.There are many ways and means.The results show that the active and passive unbalanced equipment has its unique advantages in the core strength training of the trunk(rectus abdominis,exotropia abdominis,erector spine,gluteus maximus),and the training effect of each muscle.In most training movements,there are two types of equipment.In terms of difference and irreplaceability,the comparison of three groups of unbalanced levels of active unbalanced equipment with wave velocity ball and Swiss ball shows that when the active unbalanced equipment produces unbalanced movement around the X-axis and Y-axis,it produces greater force to stimulate the antagonism of the external oblique,rectus abdominis and erector spine muscles,which makes the external oblique,rectus abdominis and erector spine muscles.Muscles produce betterpower.On the four muscles involved in the training of push-ups,there is no significant difference between the training effect of a certain unstable level of active unbalanced equipment and that of a passive unbalanced equipment.In the training effect of some movements,the six-degree-of-freedom platform of active unbalanced equipment can replace some traditional equipment.Compared with passive unbalanced equipment,it is found that by adjusting the multi-direction and multi-angle acceleration of active unbalanced equipment,a larger unbalanced training interval can be generated,so the need for unbalanced training environment for different groups of people can be eliminated.
