Early childhood is an important stage in the development of physical quality and basic motor skills learning,which will directly affect the young children's mastery of special skills and the improvement of physical exercise ability and physical fitness.The physical fitness training equipment for young children plays an important role in the physical training of young children.It can improve the training efficiency and enrich the training content.The unique and targeted is in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of the children,but it has appeared in the process of using the equipment.The method of use is not scientific,the organizational form is single,and the usage teaching method is too rigid,failing to maximize the function of the equipment.At the same time,in the existing research results,there is no certain theoretical research foundation,especially the definition,category and characteristics of children's physical training equipment are relatively few;in practice,there is also a lack of physical fitness training equipment for children.Specific instructions on the use of methods,delivery forms,and advancement of difficulty require a large number of cases to supplement the explanation.This paper firstly explains the interpretation of physical fitness training equipment in competitive,medical and military aspects by logic analysis method,and summarizes its definition methods,so as to define the concept of children's physical training equipment and classify its categories.The content of the field.At the same time,combined with the recent development zone theory,regional activity theory and gross movement development theory,the development and innovation of the use of physical fitness training equipment for young children,and the application of this development form and concept to the actual teaching process of young children,respectively,create a "walk","Run","jump" + "throw" three themes of the four development goals of the active area corner exercises,through the study of the movement to develop the corresponding physical quality,and use case analysis to analyze the classic cases in teaching To provide new teaching ideas for children's physical education educators in the future.Conclusion:1.Early childhood physical fitness has the characteristics of uneven growth and segmentation.In addition to flexibility,other physical qualities increase with age and there is a period of rapid growth at a certain age.2.The physical fitness training equipment for young children refers to the sports equipment that is suitable for the development of children's physical fitness,based on the sensitive period of development of children's physical quality and basic motor skills,and flexible selection,processing,transformation and reorganization to adapt to the laws and characteristics of children's physical and mental development.3.characteristics of children's physical training equipment:(1)shape fits the characteristics of children's physical and mental development;(2)education and music;(3)organizational changes.4.children's physical fitness training equipment combined with basic motor skills and physical quality,is divided into(1)the development of balanced quality of the "walking" equipment;(2)the development of speed,strength,coordination of the quality of "run,jump" equipment;3)“Climbing” equipment that develops strength and coordinates quality;(4)“Throwing” equipment that develops strength.5.Develop and innovate the use of physical fitness training equipment by using corner activities,gross movement development and recent development zone theory,including innovations in the form of placement,innovation in combination,innovation in the use of methods,and innovation in difficult and advanced stages.Create(1)“walking” action practice corners to develop student balance;(2)“jump” action practice corners to develop students' lower limb strength and coordination of upper and lower limbs;(3)“ Run and throw the action corners to develop student speed,upper and lower limb strength,and upper and lower limb coordination.6.A classic case study of the three training zone angles created,it can be found that after three months of corner practice,42 students in the test project: balance beam,10 meters back run,standing long jump and tennis throwing distance,The results after training were significantly improved compared with those before training.At the same time,SPSS software was used to analyze the data before and after training(p<0.001).The training effect was significant,indicating that the created corners were selected.Organizational form or method advancement will have positive training effects for students.Suggest:1.Pay attention to the overall optimization of the physical fitness training environment for young children;2.Improve the overall quality of early childhood educators;3.Innovate the physical fitness equipment for young children;4.Develop the physical fitness cycle of kindergartens.
