With the continuous development of discus movement and the continuous progress of science and technology, its training methods also continue to show the characteristics of innovation, diversity and comprehensiveness.Because of its unique effect on strengthening the strength of the waist and abdomen, the new training methods represented by swinging the slash and swinging the ball are more and more favored by discus athletes, because the waist and abdomen muscles of the athletes are not only in the order of power, but also the magnitude of the strength.Power time will have a vital impact on the performance of athletes in the competition,so in order to improve the competitive level of athletes in order to better understand the characteristics of discus athletes' waist and abdomen power is very critical, and when the performance of discus athletes is very important,it is very important to have a deep understanding of the characteristics of discus athletes' waist and abdomen power. The best way to understand the characteristics of athletes' waist and abdomen muscle power is through EMG measurement. The subjects of this study were waist and abdominal muscle surface electromyography.Six female discus athletes with grade 2 or above in Tangshan physical Education School of Hebei Province were selected to swing the slash and swing the ball respectively. The changes of muscle electromyography(EMG)in waist and abdomen of female discus athletes were measured by electromyography(EMG).Results:1 When the female discus player swings the slash, the power sequence of the waist and abdomen muscles is the same, all of which are carried out in a certain order. The time series of swinging muscle power of oblique bar is as follows:abdominal internal oblique muscle/iliopsoas muscle vertical ridge muscle, extraabdominal oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle, and the order between athletes is the same. The order of integral EMG of muscle from large to small is as follows:extraabdominal oblique muscle/iliopsoas muscle vertical ridge muscle/intraventral oblique muscle/rectus abdominis muscle.2 The time series of muscle power of female discus athletes is as follows:the internal oblique muscle of abdominal muscle is the vertical ridge muscle of iliopsoas muscle and the rectus abdominis muscle, and the order of the athletes is the same as that of the lateral oblique muscle of abdominal oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle. The order of integral EMG and integral contribution rate of muscle from large to small was as follows:abdominal external oblique muscle/iliopsoas muscle vertical ridge muscle/abdominal internal oblique muscle/rectus abdominis muscle.3 After 6 weeks of training,it was found that there were significant differences in the timing of abdominal rectus muscle, intraabdominal oblique muscle, extraabdominal oblique muscle and iliopsoas muscle between the two groups of female discus athletes, which indicated that the oblique bar swinging. The two training methods of supporting ball swing have different effects on the power sequence of waist and abdomen muscles of female discus players.4 The two training methods of swinging slash and supporting ball for 6 weeks had different effects on the integral EMG of lumbar and abdominal muscles of female discus athletes, resulting in rectus abdominis muscle, intraabdominal oblique muscle, extraabdominal oblique muscle and iliopsoas muscle. There was a significant difference in the integral EMG of the vertical spine muscle.Oblique swinging and ball swinging also had different effects on the integral contribution rate, especially the integral EMG of extraabdominal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle and right vertical spinal muscle.Conclusion:1 the sequence of muscle strength of female discus athletes in slant swinging movement was as follows:abdominal internal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle, vertical spinal muscle, external abdominal oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle, keeping the same order among athletes; The order of integral EMG and integral contribution rate from large to small was as follows:external abdominal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle, vertical spinal muscle, abdominal medial oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle.2 the sequence of muscle strength of women discus players' ball swing movement is as follows:abdominal internal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle, vertical spine muscle, abdominal external oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle, keeping the same order among athletes; The order of integral EMG and integral contribution rate from large to small was as follows:external abdominal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle, vertical spinal muscle, abdominal medial oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle.3 After 6 weeks of slant swinging and ball swing, the time series of female discus athletes' waist and abdomen muscles were affected differently, and the integral electromyography(EMG)produced different effects, which resulted in the power sequence of rectus abdominis muscle, abdominal internal oblique muscle, extraabdominal oblique muscle, iliopsoas muscle, vertical spine muscle, and so on.There was a significant difference in integral electromyography(EMG).In terms of integral contribution rate, the difference is not very significant.4 There are different effects on the muscle power of the muscle surface of the waist and abdomen of the women's discus thrower.
