Study On The Stunts Of The Group Event Of Cheerleading In The World Championship Of Cheerleading

The basic contents of collective project of cheerleading are slogan,stunts,pyramids,tosses,tumbling and dance movements.Stunts is one of the most important score content in collective project of cheerleading,which reflects the overall strength of a cheerleading team and the individual competitive ability of athletes.To understand the development and trend of the stunts of the world's excellent teams,and to grasp the technical characteristics and arrangement rules of the stunts,so as to provide reference for improving the level and quality of the stunts in China.In this paper,expert interview method,video analysis method and other research methods were used to study the stunts of the top eight teams in the five world championships from 2014 to 2018.The conclusions are as follows:1.The total number of stunts used by the top eight teams in the collective project of cheerleading at the world championships is on the rise.The choreography of the stunts emphasizes the unity of high difficulty,diversity and stability.Single base double arms high position modeling was used the most,accounting for 49.4% of the total stunts on average.In order to ensure the quality of the base modeling,the top person generally use the basic and intermediate difficulty modeling.With the development of the difficulty of stunts,the number of using inversions increased obviously.The use of modeling of the base and top person to a certain extent mutual containment.2.The number of mounts with fast modeling and high difficulty is increasing year by year and leads other mounts.In such mounts,the backward flipping rotations and the 1/2 rotations are widely used.Round off rewinds had the least number of groups,with the average of only 12 groups in each round.The straight and thetwisting are the common types of dismounts.Because the top eight teams pay more attention to the quick and stable end of the stunts,the number of upright and flipping dismounts increased significantly.Stunts transitions is usually an inversions connected with an upright modeling,twisting transitions are rarely used.3.The average failure rate of the top eight teams in the five world championships was 2.7%.Low specification completion reduced.Complete movement low specification appears in dismounts and the formation of modeling,top person's legs are not together or the degree of rotation is not enough,base displacement or arm shaking lead to top person movement deformation.The out-of-sync of stunts is relatively more,with the average out-of-sync rate of 19.1%,which is mainly reflected in the dismounts.The completion quality of each stage of the stunts affects each other.4.In order to ensure that athletes in a more energetic situation to complete the stunts,it can improve the stability of the stunts and fully reflect the difficulty value and artistic value of the stunts.The number of stunts by the top eight teams in the complete set is 3 to 5,while the latter half of the complete set arranges 1 stunts on average.
