The Research On Technical Skills And Movements Of Thepompom Group Events In The World Cheerleading Championships

Pompom cheerleading is a very visual and ornamental sport.The rules are judged by four aspects: technology,team cooperation ability,arrangement and overall evaluation.As one of the technical scores,technical and technical action is the key to highlight the overall strength of the team and set of winning.In this paper,the top eight players and 32 teams in the final of the four world cheerleading Championships from 2015 to 2018 are selected as the research objects.By using the methods of literature,interview and video analysis,the technical skills in the four world cheerleading Championships are analyzed,the categories are summarized,and the law of development is searched,so as to provide technical skills for our country in the future.Selected editions indicate the direction to achieve breakthroughs in international competitions.The conclusions are as follows:1.In the four world cheerleading championships,the number of difficult movements of rotation is the largest,totaling 308.The number of difficult movements of balance and flexibility is gradually reduced from 71 in 2015 to 39,totaling only212.The choice of difficult movements of rotation is gradually inclined to difficult movements,and the value of balance and flexibility is reduced.2.In the complete set of the four world cheerleading championships,the number of rotational continuous skills increased gradually from 19 groups in 2015 to29 groups in 2018,and the number of changes increased from 54 to 80.The number of changes increased significantly,and the forms of changes gradually varied.The jumping continuous skills developed from double jump to triple jump,and the strength of skills increased continuously,and became more difficult.Development.3.In the complete set of the four world cheerleading championships,thenumber of side flips increased significantly,and the flip movement evolved from hand flips to air flips gradually.With the increasing difficulty of the flip movement,the overall strength level of the team was gradually improved along with the development of the trend.4.In the complete set of the four world cheerleading championships,the total number of lifting actions increased gradually from 11 in 2015 to 16 in 2018.The highest number of lifting actions reached 4 groups,and the use value and attention level increased synchronously.As a highlight action,the visual effect of single lifting is remarkable,the space is highly contrasted,and the value of artistic appreciation is enhanced.5.In the complete set of the four world cheerleading championships,the number of pair cooperation groups increased year by year,from the initial 48 times to the2018 66 times.This shows that the team cooperation ability has been strengthened,the number of collective participants has increased,and the coordinated action of two groups is mainly completed on the basis of formation design,the sense of space saturation has been improved,and the visual picture has achieved shock effect.
