Objective: through the analysis of China's high level women hockey players in the high level running distance,speed range and the maximum range of indicators such as well as China and Australia in comparing and analyzing relevant data on the league in the world to understand China's national women's hockey game load characteristics of athletes,thus provide a reference for the arrangement of the training load,guarantee the scientific training.Methods: ten main players of Chinese national women's hockey team participated in Asian cup were studied.Catapult Sprint sports monitoring system and Firstbeat heart rate monitoring system were applied to collect data of 10 national women's hockey team players participating in the 2017 Asian cup.SPSS19.0statistical software was used to sort out and analyze the data.Results: 1.The average physical activity of China's high-level female hockey players in the Asian cup is 766.0 meters,757.1 meters for defenders,765.1 meters for avant-garde and 775.8 meters for forwards.The average intensity of the guard game is11.51,the vanguard 11.63 and the forward 11.74.There was no significant difference in the amount of exercise between defenders,avant-garde and forwards in the whole game or in the four periods,P > 0.05.2.The average,minimum and maximum heart rates of the Asian cup participants were 149.6± 20.9(76.6±10.9%HRmax),97.3 ±30.0(60.6±5.4%HRmax),and 185.9 ±10.8(94.7 ±6.0%HRmax),respectively.The average heart rate was 189.2 ± 7.1 ?.According to the statistics of heart rate of athletes in different positions,the average heart rate of guards of high-level female hockey players in China is the highest,reaching 193 + 4.3 ?.The second is the striker,190 plus or minus 5.0 times;Avant-garde average heart rate was lower,183±9.7 ?.3.In the world league competition,when the sprint speed is more than 4m/s,the average number of sprints of the whole team is 127,with the most avant garde,145 and the least defender 97.Maximum speed of the first three players are all forward position,the last seven players are all guard position.4.In the analysis of the game data with Australia,we analyzed the running data of full speed run(>5m/s),and found that 4.4% of the defenders,6.8% of the avant garde and 6.3% of the forwards were in our team.According to the Australian national team,the defender is 6.3%,the midfielder 9.3% and the striker 7.7%.Conclusion: 1.China's high-level female hockey players have large running momentum and certain aerobic endurance.2.There are differences in the running characteristics of athletes at different positions,especially the forwards,who have the highest amount of exercise,exercise intensity.3.In the competition with Australia,the total amount of running occupies the advantage,but there is a gap in sprinting ability,which needs to improve the fast sprinting ability of high-level female athletes in China.Suggestions: 1.It is suggested to increase the number of monitored athletes and monitor high-level sports competitions,so as to further study the physical load of athletes in high-level competitions.2.It is suggested that the athletes' physical training level during the training period should meet or exceed the required physical level during the competition.3.It is suggested to increase the research on physiological and biochemical indicators in order to better study the characteristics of athletes' physical load during competitions.
