Women's 200-meter freestyle has always been a traditional advantage in China,and won the women's 200-meter relay championship in the World Championship in Rome.Nowadays,there are more new reserve forces to join the fierce competition in the women's 200-meter freestyle in China.The training in the pre-competition adjustment stage is the last stage of preparing for the Asian Games.The success of the training in this stage will directly affect whether the athletes can effectively exert the training effect of long-term hard preparation.Therefore,the training load of two top women 200-meter freestyle swimmers in the pre-competition adjustment stage of the2018 Asian Games is analyzed.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for Chinese coaches in the personalized training of women 200-meter freestyle swimmers in the pre-competition adjustment stage,so as to better guide the training and competition in the future.Research process: From July 23 to August 16,2018,I was in the Training Bureau of Beijing State Sports Administration to observe the pre-match adjustment training of the two athletes,and collect relevant data and information in time.Research methods: case analysis,documentation,follow-up observation,data statistics,testing and expert interviews are six research methods.Research conclusions: 1.The pre-competition adjustment stage of the two athletes in this paper is four weeks.The four-week training of A athletes in the pre-competition adjustment stage consists of one-week adjustment,one-week intensity training and two-week weight reduction and quality improvement.The four-week training of B athletes in the pre-competition adjustment stage consists of one and a half weeks of intensity and two and a half weeks of weight reduction and quality improvement.Both athletes' pre-competition training models are linear.2.Thepurpose of pre-competition adjustment stage training for A athletes is to strengthen the explosive speed and improve their ability to compete continuously.With the approaching of competition,aerobic training load increased first and then decreased,and the proportion of anaerobic training load decreased first and then increased,and the proportion of low intensity aerobic REC arbitrary swimming intensity gradually decreased.In the first week of Pre-competition training,the main training times of SP1 lactic acid resistance intensity are more,in order to maintain the athletes' lactic acid resistance.3.The purpose of training B athletes in the pre-adjustment stage of the Asian Games is to strengthen their ability to resist acid and lactic acid peaks,and to strengthen their ability to compete continuously.With the approaching of the competition,the proportion of aerobic and anaerobic training load changes in a wavy way.During the four weeks of Pre-competition adjustment,EN3 maximal oxygen uptake exercises were less frequent.In the first week of Pre-competition training,the intensity of EN2 anaerobic threshold is mainly used to maintain the aerobic endurance of athletes.4.Physiological and biochemical indicators around the pre-competition adjustment stage show that athletes A gradually recover,and the athletes are better adapted to the pre-competition training load arrangement.However,due to the high intensity of pre-competition training load and insufficient duration of reduction,pre-competition athletes' body is in the initial recovery.
