PAP has been shown to enhance athletic performance, especially for traditional land sports such as vertical jump or sprint. The specific manifestation is that post-activation enhancement is characterized by an increase in the rate of power development(RFD)and is observed after electrical stimulation and muscle contraction.RFD in a short period of continuous contraction.According to previous studies, this muscle burst is stimulated at high load. The phenomenon of short-term improvement is often used in warm-up activities before the game and in sports training.According to the research, the activation of PAP is different. The performance of exercise may be different when applied to actual exercise. The maximum relative strength of the load and the intermittent time are also important factors affecting the PAP effect. The most controversial in recent years is medium load and The big load is more likely to stimulate the muscle potential, and the existing research shows that in the sprint, jump, ball and other special items for the athletes who have activated PAP,different genders, different sports levels, the relative strength of different muscles, the athletic performance is different. In view of the fact that PAP research and application are rare in swimming specialization, and previous studies have only explored the effects of transient effects of PAP on subjects, the research on the cumulative effect of PAP is limited at home and abroad. In China,PAP is in swimming. The application and research are very scarce. With the increasingly fierce competition in competitive swimming competitions,it is necessary to refine and innovate training methods in pre-teach training. In view of the research results and practical applications of PAP in many explosive projects, and the breaststroke athletes especially value the legs. The strength of this study,so this study tried to activate PAP with medium load(60% 1RM)and heavy load(87% 1RM),strictly control the same intermittent time(5min),and use large load during the 4 weeks of pre-teach training(87 %1RM)Interventions,3 interventions per week for 4 weeks, through different exercise performance of the subjects to explore whether one-time and persistent PAP have an effect on the performance of their 50-meter breaststroke and explore different loads and interventions The influence of time PAP on the swimming performance of 50 m breaststroke athletes provides a theoretical basis for swimming special compound training and is specialized for swimming. The warm-up before training and provide new ideas and methods,to provide a theoretical basis for the application of Swimming PAP.In this study,24 students from Beijing Sport University and Sports School were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group conducted a 4-week PAP intervention experiment, and the control group performed pre-teach training with the same content without PAP intervention. Before the athletes experiment, after the traditional one-time PAP intervention, and the experimental values after the 4-week experiment, the data were processed and analyzed, and the following conclusions were drawn.1: After one-time intervention with PAP,the explosive strength of the lower limbs of the experimental group was significantly improved;the effect of PAP on the lower limb explosive force of male athletes was significantly stronger than that of female athletes;the enhancement effect of PAP on the explosive force of lower limbs of 50 m breaststroke athletes was not related to grade; The lower limb strength of the athletes with lower limb strength ? 2 was significantly enhanced after the one-time intervention of PAP.After the intervention of PAP for 4 weeks, the explosive strength of the lower limbs of the experimental group increased.2: One-time intervention of PAP has an improvement trend on the 15 m board and leg performance of the experimental group;PAP has a significant improvement on the 15 m leg performance of the second group athletes in the experimental group;the male subjects in the PAP experimental group have significant legging results.Sexual improvement;4 weeks of continuous PAP intervention had no effect on subjects of different groups, genders, grades, and relative strength of lower limbs.One-time PAP intervention and continuous PAP intervention did not significantly improve the scores of 25 m and 50 m in all subjects.3: After a single intervention by PAP,the frequency of 50 m breaststroke in the experimental group has a decreasing trend;the frequency of 50 m breaststroke in the experimental group's secondary level subjects, male subjects and lower limb strength ? 2 has a decreasing trend..4: After one-time intervention of PAP,the sensitivity of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly enhanced;the sensitivity of the male subjects in the experimental group and the subjects with lower limb strength ? 2 increased. After 4 weeks of continuous intervention of PAP,the sensitivity of the subjects in the experimental group increased.5: After a one-time intervention with PAP,the muscle stiffness and RPE of male athletes were significantly optimized.
