is a major exporter of basketball players in China.On the other hand,due to the relative economic lag of Heilongjiang Province,the investment in sports is insufficient,the corresponding venue communicating with parents,trainees and managers,the questionnaire comprehensively analyzed the status quo,opportunities and threats of the youth basketball training institutions in Harbin,and proposed the following conclusions for the long-term and healthy development of the youth basketball training institutions in Harbin:First the positioning of training institutions is not accurate enough,lacking brand strategy.Although the number of training institutions is large,the density is relatively concentrated and resources are competing.There is no corresponding organization and association exchange between training institutions,and unified recruitment and management standards are formulated.The government has no corresponding laws and regulations.It cooperates with private schools and public schools and enterprises,and the market has yet to be developed.Second due to the special reasons of the weather,Harbin has many indoor venues compared to other cities in China,but most of these venues are on the university campus,and they are charged a certain fee.The number of trainees for long-term training is limited,and the cost of training institutions is high.Therefore,the government needs financial support and guidance.Third the coaches are highly mobile and the course is not guaranteed.Most of the coaches are sports college graduates or professional athletes.Although there is a certain basketball foundation,there is still a lack of teaching.Can not express their own things to students,teaching ability is low.Managers are not professional enough or have insufficient knowledge of basketball.There are few talents combined.Forth the age of the students participating in the training is generally between 8 and 12 years old,most of them in the primary school stage,accepting new things faster,learning ability,and the fastest physical development.Not suitable for boring heavy-duty training,not only will size and enthusiasm,produce rebellious
