Students' classroom learning behavior refers to all the behaviors that students show in the classroom.Specifically,student learning behaviors include good learning behaviors and problem learning behaviors.Good learning behavior refers to the behaviors that students show in class learning that are beneficial to classroom learning and the achievement of course objectives.Problem learning behavior refers to behaviors in which students show no value to their learning and development,and may even negatively hinder their own development and curriculum learning.These two types of classroom learning behavior have an important impact on student learning.As an important carrier for teachers and students to interact,transmit and exchange knowledge,classroom is not only a medium for teachers' teaching,but also an important way for students to learn knowledge.A series of behavioral performances of students in the classroom learning process should be pay attention to,especially the classroom learning behavior of physical education students in colleges and universities.The curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities generally consists of two parts: theoretical and practical.Basic theoretical knowledge guides technical practice and guides students to understand the basic principles of action;theoretical knowledge promotes the development of technological practice and gives students more opportunities to discover and explore new knowledge.However,in actual physical education,the physical education students themselves have a weak cultural foundation,and it takes a long time to invest in skills learning.Even some students ignore the study of theoretical courses,resulting in lack of concentration in the classroom and other problems of learning behavior frequently appear.In the long run,students lack of theoretical knowledge,they do not know the specific reasons for doing these,and then in sports work is difficult to correctly guide students to carry out reasonable sports activities,the development of school physical Education and the implementation of quality education have a negative impact.Therefore,to explore the theoretical classroom learning behavior of college students majoring in physical education,to find out the problems existing in students ' theoretical classroom,to improve the teaching and learning status of physical education majors,and to improve the quality of physical educationcourses in colleges and universities play an important role.Using the methods of literature,observation,investigation and mathematical statistics,this study takes the theoretical classroom learning behavior of physical education major in colleges and universities as the research object,and takes 305 students majoring in physical education from Hebei Normal University as the object of observation and investigation,this paper takes the self-compiled observation form of student theory classroom learning behavior and the cause questionnaire as the research tool.A comprehensive and systematic study on the status quo,influencing factors and optimization strategies of the theoretical learning behavior of the sports major in Hebei Normal University.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The theoretical classroom learning of physical education students are divided into two categories: good learning behavior and problem learning behavior,six dimensions(observation behavior,listening behavior,interactive behavior,autonomous behavior,disturbing order behavior and dissipating slack behavior).It is found that the overall performance of the theoretical classroom learning behavior of physical education students is poor,and the problem learning behavior is outstanding.(2)The students ' good learning behavior mainly focuses on four kinds of behaviors,such as observing behavior,listening behavior,interactive behavior and autonomous behavior.In the observation behavior,the students "watch the teaching PPT" behavior appears the most,but the participation rate is only about 40%;In the listening behavior,the student "listens to the teacher" the relatively high participation time period is the first 30 minutes of the theoretical course;the interaction behavior,takes the teacher "question",the student"individual answer" way mainly,the student "questions Rarely appear in teaching,students discuss the student participation rate of about 20%;In autonomous behavior,the number of students participating in the three behaviors of "taking notes","flipping through textbooks"and "making PPT on mobile phones" did not reach half of the student total.Overall,students in the first half of the course study enthusiasm and enthusiasm is relatively high.From the point of view of time characteristics,the participation degree of students ' good learning behavior shows a downward trend with the passage of course time.(3)Students ' problem learning behavior is divided into disorderly behavior and lax slack behavior.In the disorderly behavior,the behavior of "speaking" is more prominent,accounting for about 73.8% of the total number of people,followed by the behavior of the fight,accounting for about 10.8% of the total number.slack behavior is the behavior of sports majors in class,in which yawning(43.3%),rubbing Eyes(33.4%)and other absent-minded phenomenon is the most serious,while playing mobile phone(23.6%),Sleep(19.7%)and other refusal to learn behavior also accounts for a considerable proportion.This shows that students in the classroom problem learning behavior is very common.Frequent problem learning behavior will cause direct interference to classroom teaching,not only lack of respect for teachers,but also students themselves lack of good sense of classroom self-discipline performance.(4)The factors that affect the theoretical classroom learning behavior of physical education majors include subjective and objective factors.Among them,subjective factors include students ' classroom attention,students ' learning habits and students ' learning attitude in three aspects.Objective factors include teacher factors,school factors,family factors,social factors four aspects.(5)Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the theoretical classroom learning behavior of physical education students,the targeted improvement of students' learning ability,strengthening teachers' professional quality,strengthening school teaching management,improving the counselor's home-school contact system,and guiding students to career planning.The optimization strategies are put forward in the five aspects mentioned above.
