Research On The Technical System Of Fancy Flexible Ball

With the increasing aging of the population in China,people gradually attach importance to the concept of healthy life,and the national fitness campaign has become a new label of healthy China.And the national folk sports with national characteristics have gradually been taken seriously by the state.Flexible ball,as a new national traditional sport in China,has strong Chinese national characteristics and strong fitness,ornamental and promotional value.However,at present,the technical system of fancy flexible ball needs further research and division.In order to better study and divide the technical system of fancy flexible ball,this paper conducts empirical research through literature,interview,logical analysis and video analysis methods,and finally determines the current technical system of fancy flexible ball.Through research and division,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the characteristics of fancy softball,the technical system of fancy softball can be divided into action elements and exercise elements.Action elements can be divided into basic methods and technical actions to complete the action.Exercise elements can be divided into technical style and rhythm.(2)The grip methods of fancy flexible ball are divided into forward grip and reverse grip.The basic movements of fancy flexible ball can be divided into four categories: swing-around,twist-over,swing-throw and twist-throw.Difficult movements can be divided into two categories according to the relationship between the ball and the racket: introducing difficulty and throwing difficulty;according to the relationship between the body and the racket,they can be divided into three categories: body difficulty,equipment difficulty and equipment coordination difficulty.(3)According to the analysis of the video of the National Games,four innovativeactions are counted as follows: upside-down overturn of the vertical racket head;upside-down overturn of the overturned racket head;back overturn of the overturned racket;upside-down overturn of the overturned overturned vertical racket head overturn of the forehand grip and so on.This kind of action is mainly different from the grip method in the prescribed action.
