However, due to the lack of a more perfect technical principle of the project, there is no unified teaching method and training method. According to the characteristics of in situ hands after throwing solid ball, combined with other items, summed up in the project on a unique set of training methods, therefore, physical education teachers in the project training method can be said to be a physical education teacher each one has its own merits, each have their own characteristics and shortcomings in the project training method on.In this paper, we use the method of documentation, collect the technical action analysis and technical training method of the ground and hands before and after the application of the technology, and use the contrast experiment method, mathematical statistics method, sum up method, calculation method, logical analysis method To better develop students’ physical quality, improve the technical structure theory system and training method system of the project, and guide the students to train the sports college entrance examination. Research shows:Firstly,The existing problems in the technical analysis of the solid spheres are:the analysis of the technical principle of throwing solid ball into the ground. Although there are some factors that affect the performance of the project, and there is no explanation to the extent of the angle range from the point of view.There is no analysis on the maintenance of body balance after the instrument is maintained, and the method of grip is not combined with the characteristics of the acceleration of the pre swing phase.Secondly, in both hands after throwing the shortcomings of solid ball training method: in the holding phase of the training equipment, did not fully take into account for students to reduce the error rate of hand instruments related training.
