The newly curriculum reform is a profound educational reform.Teacher is a direct participant in the process of curriculum teaching.The efficiency of the curriculum reform depends on teachers ultimately.Profound professional knowledge is one of the basic qualifications for teachers.The research shows that the influence of subject knowledge on teaching quality can not be ignored.Only when the teacher masters a wealth of subject knowledge can he or she has can help students to learn.Therefore,in order to ensure the expected success of the new curriculum reform.,it is essential to improve teacher'disciplines.In order to promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform and improve the mathematics teaching quality in junior high school,it is very important to study the mastery,influencing factors and promotion strategies for mathematics teachers'disciplinary knowledge in junior middle schoolFirstly,this paper uses literature analysis,and finds that although there is a closer relationship between the concept of education and teacher discipline quality,there are few researchers on how to improve teachers' discipline knowledge at home and abroad.For this reason,this paper makes a concrete explanation of the concept of teachering and learning,discusses the specific relationship between teaching-learning and teachers'subject knowledge in detail,and then reviews relevant research literature.Secondly,we surveyed and interviewed 142 junior high school math teachers in Fuzhou.Through investigation,it's found that math teachers'knowledge is not very profound in junior middle school,and their willingness to further improve their professional knowledge is also weak.Thirdly,this paper discusses the concrete ways to improve mathematics teachers' knowledge level from three perspectives,including instructional design,classroom teaching and after-class reflection,and then analyzes it through some typical cases.Finally,this paper makes a conclusion,analyzes the shortcomings in this research and proposes the further research direction.
