School culture and school effectiveness have always been issues of great concern in the field of education in China.We have entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinpingundefineds important exposition on education,and promoted the high-quality development of education.To realize the modernization of education and speed up the theoretical research and practical exploration of educational management can not be separated from the grasp of educational quality and efficiency.Taking the study of the relationship between school culture and school effectiveness as a clue,this paper reveals the influence of school culture on school effectiveness,and through a small part,we can find a way to improve the quality and efficiency of education.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper first carried on the concept of school culture,school effectiveness,speculative research,empirical research and formed two measurement dimensions: Vision-Values,Development Ideas,Participation Consciousness,Team Learning.Administrative efficiency,Teacher teaching efficiency,Student learning efficiency,Environmental relationship effectiveness.Then,a questionnaire survey and structural interview were conducted among teachers from five senior middle schools in Shandong Province.It was found that there was a very significant positive correlation between school culture and school efficacy,with a correlation coefficient of 0.721,Through regression analysis,it was found that school culture had a positive effect on school efficacy,and the effective explanation of variation was 53.1%.There is a very significant pairwise correlation between the school culture dimension and the school efficacy dimension at 0.01 significant level.At the same time,there are some problems in dealing with the relationship between school culture and school effectiveness: first,unclear understanding of the connotation of school culture,ignoring the impact on school effectiveness;second,low attention to the quality of effectiveness;third,the formulation of development concepts is formalized,and the effectiveness-oriented is weak;fourth,the operation mode of the team is chaotic.Combining with structural teacher interviews,we can see the causes:first,the lack of an effective mechanism for cultural integration;second,the lack of formation of perceptual efficacy;third,management with the color of "achievement" and "enrollment rate",alienation of development concepts;fourth,the lack of a learning team organization.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reform school culture to improve school effectiveness: first,to establish an efficient symbolic interaction structure mechanism;second,to construct a high-efficiency school culture;third,to shape a high-efficiency-oriented school development concept;Fourth,to create a high-efficiency learning organization.
