Motion accuracy refers to the degree to which the movement of the limb meets the expected requirements, requiring the human body to have good balance, flexibility, stability and proprioception.and.Children's frequent throwing accuracy exercises not only enhance the flexibility of children's movements and the ability of children to balance, but also enhance children's focus. However,in order to achieve a high degree of accuracy in the throwing process, children need not only the coordination of hand and eye,but also children have a certain strength foundation, accuracy and the reasonable ratio of strength can effectively promote the development of children's throwing accuracy and strength. This study is based on the effect of different throwing weight and throwing distance on the accuracy of children's throwing, using the methods of literature, experiment, video observation and mathematical statistics to study the throwing accuracy of 180 7-12-years old children randomly selected by the experimental primary school in Hebei Normal University for different throwing weights and distances,By using excel2007 and spss20.0 to analyze the data obtained statistically, this paper explores the optimal ratio between throwing weight and throwing accuracy of children through the premise of accuracy,so as to promote the development of children's accuracy through appropriate accuracy exercises and strength exercises. The results are positive significance for improving children's physical fitness, developing students ' attention, memory and agile thinking ability,as well as promoting the learning and development of children's motor skills. The study concludes as follows:(1)There is a certain matching relationship between accuracy and throwing weight. The combination of appropriate accuracy and strength exercises can promote the development of children's throwing accuracy, and the determination of this relationship can provide reference for the throwing practice content and the choice of throwing power of physical education and health courses in primary schools.(2)The optimum ratio among the throwing weight, throwing distance and throwing accuracy of 7-8-year-old children was 200 g and 2 m respectively. The optimum ratio among the throwing weight, throwing distance and throwing accuracy of 9-year-old children was 200 g and 3 m respectively. The optimum ratio among the throwing weight, throwing distance and throwing accuracy of 10-year-old children was 300 g or 400 g and 3 m respectively. The optimum ratio among the throwing weight, throwing distance and throwing accuracy of11-year-old children was 400 g and 3 m respectively. The optimum ratio among the throwing weight, throwing distance and throwing accuracy of 12-year-old children was 500 g and 3 m or 4m respectively.(3)The overall curve trend of children's throwing accuracy increases with age,but both boys and girls have the phenomenon that throwing accuracy decreases at a certain stage.Compared with the two,the trend of boys' throwing accuracy curve fluctuates greatly, and there is an obvious upward and downward stage. The overall curve trend of girls is more gentle, but the overall trend is wavy.
