Study On The Effect Of Hand-throwing Motion Pattern On The Accuracy Of Overdrafts In Children Aged 7-12 Years Old

The study of the pattern and accuracy of the throwing action requires not only the coarse muscle movement as the support but also the effect of the fine muscle movement.The accuracy of children's throwing requires a high degree of coordination of the nerves and muscles,as well as the control of the brain and wrist,and the control of the body's posture,so as to effectively hit the target.The primary school stage is in the critical period of children's physical and mental development.The problems of lively and active,inattention and poor coordination will affect the smooth development of physical education.The practice of throwing accuracy can not only enable children to achieve excellent sports performance,but also exercise children's hand-eye coordination ability,enhance the concentration of attention,and also greatly contribute to the study of fine movements.The study focused on the influence of children's upper hand throwing motion patterns on the accuracy of throwing.By means of literature,experiment,mathematical and physical analysis,video analysis and other methods,120 students in grade 1-6 were experimentally studied on the influence of the upper hand throwing action mode on accuracy.The relationship between the throwing action and accuracy was obtained,and a more suitable throwing action mode was found.The aim is to improve the theory of children's movement development and children's physical exercise,and to provide reference for the development of physical education and health curriculum.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The action modes with high accuracy of 1.7-12 years old children's throwing are as follows: mode one S3-A4-B1-F1;mode two S4-A1-B1-F2;mode three S1-A2-B2-F1;mode four S3-A4-B2-F1;mode five S1-A4-B2-F3;mode six S1-A3-B2-F3.(2)Throwing accuracy of 7-12-year-old children shows an overall upward trend with the increase of age,which indicates that the level of physical coordination and concentration for children is constantly improving.In the trough stage,there are differences in the accuracy of children's throwing,especially for boys and girls aged 7-10,The accuracy of girls is slightly higher than that of boys.(3)When the children of 7-12 years old throw,the norm of the low-age throwing actionmode needs to be improved.The norm of the throwing action mode gradually increases with the increase of age,and is close to the correct and reasonable starting throwing action mode in the high age group.(4)When throwing a child from 7-12 years old,the non-throwing arm plays an important role in the throwing process.When throwing,it can maintain balance,stability and coordination of the body.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen non-throwing during practice.Targeted training of the arm.
