The Design And Realization Of File Management System Of M University Based On B/S Architecture

As a local college in Sichuan Province,M colleges and universities have increased in the number of enrollment students in recent years.As the number of teachers and students continues to increase,file management has become an issue that restricts the development of schools.The traditional paper file management not only needs to spend a lot of paper for preservation,but also has special management personnel and venues,which causes great inconvenience in file management,and exerts great resistance to the informationization and modernization of school management.Based on the actual work status of M college archives management,this paper develops a set of file management information system suitable for the school.The file management system designed in this paper adopts the B/S three-tier architecture mode,which divides the program into presentation layer,logic processing layer and underlying data processing layer.The database uses SQL Server2012 database.On this basis,the system functions and database are carried out.detailed design.The file management system designed in this paper is divided into five major functional modules:teacher file management,student file management,student information update,archive data maintenance and archive information mining.A new binary-based binary data analysis algorithm is proposed.The algorithm is based on the traditional dichotomy,combined with binary correlation theory,and the data search and analysis efficiency is high.On the basis of the realization of the system,the function and performance of the system were tested.The test results show that the system fully meets the work requirements of college archives management.The system has been put into use,which has greatly improved the efficiency of school file management and provided a technical reference for the school's layout of digital campus construction.
