It is necessary to continuously diagnose and improve the teaching management work,by using information technology for multi-objective optimization.With the help of preparing questionnaires,evaluating indicators,and collecting materials,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)could also be used to analyze data for diagnosis and acted as decision-making indicators.It is an urgent need in quality accessment for higher vocational education.Teaching evaluation is currently carried out in a paper-based mode.After collecting the supporting materials,experts are repeatedly invited together to review them inefficiency.To avoid the manual work operation,this thesis designs a three-level index-based evaluation and prediction system based on B/S architecture.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the B/S architecture and a workflow method we design and implement the evaluation system.In addition with respect to the human resource changes,review schemes could uniquely vary and be configured by users.2.In the suggested evaluation scheme could be created as a basic module setting,with customized contents and flexibilities.Administrators can freely set and modify the evaluation items,and choose the evaluatees and the evaluators.Besides,different evaluation terms under the same evaluation indicator project can also be specified.3.The evaluation results are presented in a graph mode,using the pie chart to display the proportion,and using the line chart to show the scores of quality.The project can flexibly set the evaluator and the next step of the current link to solve the problems so that the evaluation project personnel are easily directed to perform operations in spite of changes of the common evaluation project personnel in the school.4.According to the results of comprehensive data analysis,C4.5 algorithm was used to classify professional influence base on comparision of the visual bar chart and line chart,with the same major evaluations,the other similar evaluations between different students in different school years,which can provide reference good enough for decision making.
