Research On The Construction Path Of Characteristic Sports Town In Henan Province

In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,characteristic sports towns refer to the space area,national fitness development platform and sports industry base with the functions of sports leisure,culture,health,tourism,pension,education and training all together.They are based on sports leisure with unique sports culture connotation and a good sports industry foundation so that they can help build a new type of urbanization and a healthy China,as well as promote poverty alleviation and tackle key problems.In recent years,the government has vigorously supported the construction of characteristic sports towns and put forward requirements for the construction of them.Henan Sports Bureau actively responds to the national call and encourages and supports the construction of characteristic sports towns in accordance with relevant requirements.This research takes the construction path of characteristic sports towns in Henan Province as the research object with the methods of documentation,investigation,case study and logical analysis.Starting from the actual situation of constructing characteristic sports towns in Henan Province,this paper collects and combs the literature,conducts on-the-spot investigation,grasps the current situation of the construction of characteristic sports towns,and analyses the existing problems,then draws lessons from the construction experience of excellent characteristic sports towns,and puts forward the construction path of characteristic sports towns in Henan Province.Based on the five requirements of Guidelines for the Construction of Pilot Projects for Characteristic Sports and Leisure Towns,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the construction of pilot towns with sports and leisure characteristics in Henan Province,and conducts a detailed investigation and study.The study found that the rigid binding force is strong;the real estate tendency is serious;the layout is rational;the site selection is scientific;the internal structure is reasonable;core industry sports projects are prominent,but lack of social participation in construction;the government attaches importance to the planning approval work and the division of responsibilities is clear.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of characteristic sports towns in Henan Province and field investigation,this paper finds that the main problems existing in the construction of characteristic sports towns in Henan Province are as follows: developing real estate in the name of characteristic towns;carrying out similar sports events,which can not highlight individual characteristics;strengthening the supporting service facilities of sports characteristic towns;the supporting service facilities of sports characteristic towns need to be strengthened;seasonal changes have a serious impact on sustainable development.This paper makes a case study of the excellent characteristic sports town,Moganshan Town,Zhejiang Province.Its construction experience includes: clear development ideas,scientific strategic layout,accurate planning and positioning,reasonable spatial layout,high-end project agglomeration,increasingly rich format,industrial base agglomeration,complementary dynamic and static formats,prosperous competition economy,prominent brand effect,and numerous large-scale brand events.What's more,the competition industry chain is sound;development advantages are obvious;taste of the town is unique;history of sports and leisure is profound;service security system is perfect.At the same time,based on the actual situation of Henan province's characteristic sports town construction,and highlighting the characteristics of Henan province,this paper puts forward that the construction path of Henan province's characteristic sports town should start from the following points: Strengthen government guidance,improve the leading role of the market;Strengthen the top-level design,scientific planning characteristic town;Using advantageous resources to highlight local sports characteristics;Innovate the concept of development,play a role in many ways;Enhance brand culture and promote the integration of competition industry;With the help of urban resources,a variety of channels to promote propaganda.
