Explore The Construction Of Sports And Leisure Characteristic Town In China

The new concept of "characteristic town" was first proposed in hangzhou.After the ministry of housing and urban-rural development,the national development and reform commission and the ministry of finance(hereinafter referred to as the "three ministries")issued various documents on building "characteristic town",various provinces and cities have actively engaged in the construction of "characteristic town".In 2017,the general administration of sport of China also issued a formal notice on promoting the construction of sports and leisure characteristic towns,and the construction of national sports and leisure characteristic towns has become a trend.The influence of jingshan tennis town is not only limited to jingshan city,but also provides a new development space for the development of Chinese tennis sports.Although the characteristic sports and leisure town started late,the relevant theories have been relatively rich and complete,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the path construction of jingshan tennis characteristic town in hubei province.Based on the literature material method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and case studies on the research methods of the jingshan tennis characteristic town in hubei province construction background and development status of the jingshan tourism industry within their respective jurisdictions as the research object,according to the national features of small town overall planning,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign experience,the construction of characteristic town of jingshan present about tennis town development present situation,for the jingshan tennis characteristic town construction provides some development ideas.The conclusions are as follows:(1)jingshan tennis has developed for nearly 40 years.Both the mass foundation and the tennis infrastructure have laid a solid foundation for the construction anddevelopment of jingshan tennis featured town.(2)according to the construction concept of "one axis,two cores and four districts",the integrated construction of jingshanhe hot spring sports culture as the landscape axis,tennis sports and hot spring tourism industry as the core and ecological leisure,education services,hot spring snow and ice,and tennis sports promotes the comprehensive development of the town.(3)analyze the industrial form of tennis in the small town by using the hierarchy of core layer,surrounding layer and relevant layer,and constantly enrich and improve the development of the industrial form including tennis training with the core of creating high-quality competitions.(4)analyze the tourism industry form of characteristic tennis towns with core layer,correlation layer and auxiliary hierarchy,build the tourism industry cluster with hot spring as the core,and help the development of characteristic tennis towns.(5)jingshan tennis featured town adheres to the operation mode of "government-enterprise cooperation and market operation",and the investment and financing mode of PPP signed by jingshan municipal government and central control co.,ltd.alleviates the financial pressure of the government.(6)Although the town still has problems of capital,talents,land and peer competition,and the town is still in the early stage of construction,so it is impossible to compare the planning with the expected construction effect,the jingshan government still needs to adhere to the development strategy of market,quality,characteristics and innovation...
