Psychological flexibility is closely related to our better quality of life,and has certain relevance to the adaptation results.From the relevant research,we find that students in higher vocational colleges generally have the phenomenon of learning weariness and the emotions of learning weariness,which leads to the phenomenon of learning burnout,which has a greater impact on the learning situation of students in Higher Vocational colleges.Learning burnout is a hindrance to the learning process of students in Higher Vocational colleges,and academic procrastination in learning is not conducive to their long-term development.The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of psychological flexibility,academic procrastination and learning burnout of Five-year Normal College students,to analyze the influence of demographic variables on them,to understand the relationship between psychological flexibility,academic procrastination and learning burnout of Five-year Normal College students,and to explore the mediating role of academic procrastination in psychological flexibility and learning burnout.Based on the collation and analysis of literature,600 students in Rugao Branch of Nantong Teachers College were investigated by questionnaires to explore the relationship between psychological flexibility,academic procrastination and learning burnout of five-year Teachers College students.The correlation between mental flexibility and academic procrastination of five-year normal college students is analyzed by using relevant statistical software.The mediating effect of learning burnout is tested.The relationship between learning burnout and psychological flexibility and academic procrastination of five-year normal college students is clarified.The final research results are as follows:1.Five-year normal college students'psychological flexibility is generally low.The grade of students,whether the family is the original family or not,and the level of parents' education are all important factors affecting their psychological flexibility.2.There is a positive correlation between mental flexibility and learning burnout of Five-year Normal College students.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the psychological flexibility and academic procrastination of Five-year Normal College students.4.There is a significant positive correlation between learning burnout and academic procrastination of Five-year Normal College students.5.Learning burnout plays an intermediary role in the psychological flexibility and academic procrastination of Five-year Normal College students.This study shows that Five-year Normal College Students'psychological flexibility and learning burnout can positively predict academic procrastination.The influence of College Students'psychological flexibility on learning burnout can directly improve students'psychological flexibility to eliminate students'learning burnout and solve students' academic procrastination to eliminate learning burnout.By improving students'psychological flexibility and eliminating students' learning burnout,the problem of academic procrastination can be solved.
