The students of 15 to 16 years old are the transition from childhood to adolescence, when they Just enter the five-year Normal School. They are college students, but not equivalent to college students; and they are senior high school students, but not completely equivalent to senior high school students. Many of them may be the neglected group in the basic education, and they are forced to choose the normal school because they didn’t do well in the senior high school entrance examination. In the comprehensive quality cultivation of the five-year Normal School students, the researchers are more concerned about their education idea, thinking and behavior as well as other aspects of their basic qualities which they should possess as a future teacher.By contrast, the research on the process of learning process and learning status is relatively low.On the basis of theoretical studies at home and abroad, this topic hopes to carry on the discussion to the existing of learning burnout status and the influence factors for the five- year Normal School students by means of the empirical investigation and questionnaire, and the mutual confirmation of theoretical and empirical aspects. Therefore, we put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to reduce it effectively, and reshape the awareness of the significance of learning for Normal School students, and encourage them to face their own learning and life with initiative, positive and healthy attitude.In this paper, it elaborates the learning burnout situation of the five- year Normal School students due to the factors of learning interest, enthusiasm and efficiency through the empirical comparison and investigation method. At the same time, it provides the research perspectives and angles of the status for Normal School students. It provides a re search paradigm for the N ormal school to pay more attention to learning burnout problems, to explore and find effective ways to prevent burnout, and to improve the teaching methods and management system, which provides research data to compensate for the lack of education of the five- year Normal School students. At the same time, It also provides perspective and direction of the research for the current situation of five-year Normal School students.The conclusion of this research:(1) We find the learning burnout of five-year Normal School students has a certain relationship with grade, gender, major, family sources and grades through the investigation and analysis. The differences of the grade, gender and profession will lead to thee differences of learning burnout.(2) The influence factors of learning burnout of five- year Normal School students include many aspects, such as: school, family, society, their own factors.Their own factors include the behavior of escape, emotional exhaustion, and low sense of achievement; The school factors include teaching content, teaching management and teachers; The family factors include material conditions and social environment;The social factors include the social environment and employment.(3) The strategies to ease the learning burnout effectively for the five- year Normal School students include many aspects: 1.From the level of themselves, they should draw into the crisis consciousness, improve the thirst for knowledge, enhance the self-efficacy, set clear learning goals and develop good study habits;2. From the level of school, school should have rich teaching resources and curriculum structure, improve teachers’ professional ethics and quality, enhance the function of psychological consultation and set up the learning evaluation system;3. From the level of family, family should have the role responsibility and parents literacy;4. From the level of society, society should have the equal opportunities of education and employment; and so on.
