In 2016,"artificial intelligence" has become the focus of global attention.It largely represents the arrival of the fourth scientific and technological revolution.The application of big data and cloud computing has promoted the rapid development of artificial intelligence.The ubiquitous artificial intelligence penetrates into all walks of life around us.Factories,services,health care and medical care have gradually replaced the tedious work that only human beings can do.According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics by the end of 2017,if artificial intelligence and robotics were widely implemented in China,274 million people would be unemployed,conservatively estimated by 900 million people of working age,13%of the current unemployment rate and 30%of the re-employment rate.Thus,in the era of artificial intelligence,the traditional mode of work will be greatly impacted,and employment will become a hot issue of increasing concern.In July 2016,in the thirteenth five-year plan of the government,artificial intelligence was included in the plan as a new generation of information technology.It emphasized that under the influence of artificial intelligence,the research work of employment mode and structure transformation,social service form transformation,job demand change and other aspects should be strengthened from a deeper and broader level to establish a lifelong science adapted to the intelligent age.Learning and employment training system,support and encourage institutions of higher learning and enterprise institutions,carry out and provide artificial intelligence courses and skills related training,strengthen staff re-employment training and guidance,ensure the smooth transfer of personnel unemployed by artificial intelligence,etc.The above policies alleviate the employment situation to a certain extent.However,in view of this subversive technological change,there will be many unpredictable situations in the employment problem,and it will also bring new challenges to the employment public service.In this regard,from the perspective of improving the quality of employment public service,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the quality of employment public service under the background of artificial intelligence by using survey data,and makes an empirical analysis of the main influencing mechanism of employment public service quality by using structural equation model,each observation variable has corresponding measurable variables.Therefore,under the background of AI,AI mainly promotes sharing platform.To improve the quality of employment public service,three key points are to develop,improve financial policy and strengthen skills training.
