With the development of social information,We-chat,QQ,E-mail,text messages and other communication tools are associated with people's life and work,which are not separable.People has an unprecedented dependence on the communication tools,which changed people's working time,place and manner of work to some extent and life has become increasingly blurred boundaries.Most people maintain a state of “readiness” during non-work hours.Communication tools not only bring convenience to our work and life,but also have some inevitable problems.This study took the use of non-working time communication tools as the independent variable and the emotional exhaustion of kindergarten teachers as the dependent variable,explored the influence of the use of non-working time communication tools on the emotional exhaustion of kindergarten teachers,and introduced time leadership and segmentation preference as the moderating variables.Through literature review,questionnaire and the analysis of SPSS20.0,the author drawn the the following conclusions:(1)There are certain differences in demography statistical variables,such as gender,age,education background,teaching age and position holding.Kindergarten teachers' use behaviors of working communication tools during non-working hours,working communication tools during non-working hours,emotional exhaustion,time leadership and segmentation preference.Among them,kindergarten teachers mainly deal with work affairs through QQ,WeChat and other instant messaging tools during non-working hours,and kindergarten teachers who serve as the main class have the highest frequency of using working communication tools during non-working hours.The longer the kindergarten teachers work every day,the higher the degree of emotional exhaustion;The segmentation preference of kindergarten teachers is relatively high,among which the segmentation preference of urban kindergarten teachers is higher than that of rural kindergarten teachers,and with the increase of age,teaching age and salary,the segmentation preference of kindergarten teachers is also increasing.(2)There is a positive correlation between the use of communication tools in non-working hours and the emotional exhaustion of kindergarten teachers.(3)The influence of relationship-oriented time leaders' negative adjustment of non-working hours' use of working communication tools on kindergarten teachers' emotional exhaustion.(4)The influence of the use of working communication tools that positively regulate non-working hours on the emotional exhaustion of kindergarten teachers was divided.
