| Basketball is a group of sports which is accomplished during rapidly,confrontational,disturbing,and changing.Offensive turnover usually occurs in basketball games and turnover has become one of the most important indicators for evaluating a team's overall level.To reduce offensive errors,to improve the team's ability to attack,enhance the team's overall strength,win the game,improve the quality of the game has a positive impact.The article is studying on offensive turnovers in 30 games of 8 teams in the 2016-2017 CBA playoffs.Research shows that the lost of 21 games were because of the turnovers.Therefore,it is very meaningful to seek the reasons for the turnovers by analyzing offensive turnover.The article uses literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods to analysis turnovers.Through watching these game videos,collecting and summarizing game data and recording the overall situation including the occurrence of the situation,the player position and the different offensive stages,we divided offense into 0-7s,8-15s,16-24s three stages.The variance analysis was used to compare the differences with multiple comparative analysis.The result shows that:1.In the playoffs teams,there are 6 teams with an average age of more than 25 years old,of which the oldest team is Guangsha Team,23.4 years old.The average turnover of the youngest Guangsha team is the highest in the playoffs.In a sense,there is a certain relationship between the age distribution and the number of years of professional career and turnover.2.The number of turnover at the critical moment was the highest for the Guangdong team.After a mistake,the opponent used an turnover to complete an attack in 0-5 seconds,the team with the most direct 3 points is the Liaoning team with 21 points.The opponent scored as high as 150 points with the Liaoning team's turnover,averaging 16.67 points per game.The average turnover of each team has a negative correlation with the ranking of the playoffs.3.The proportion of dribble and passing turnover in personal was relatively high.Some young players didn't have rich experience in the game?In the face of critical matches or key moments in the game,they were often tense and may experience motion incompatibility.The situation has led to turnover.4.The percentage of positional attack turnover accounted for 88%.In the game,turnover rarely occurred in fast breaks and breaking.When broken,the main turnover occurred on the dribbling and passing the ball,which account for 80%of the time.The main part of turnover for fast break is in the sponsoring and remedial phase and the advancing phase,and 96%of the initiation and the requisitioning phase were occurring in passing the ball and the promotion phase is mainly a dribble.5.The offensive stage of 0-7s is the initiation phase of the entire offense,which drives the convergence of an attack's rhythm and tactics.In this offensive phase,passing turnover were the most common.92 turnovers accounted for 48.17%of the total turnover,of which dribble turnover accounted for 27.75%and illegal turnover accounted for 9.95%.During 8-15s,possession,passing,fouls,violations,dribbling and throw-in turnover were all higher than the other two stages,accounting for 49%of the total.The proportion of turnover in this stage of 16-24s is the lowest,only 25%,and the highest percentage of them still receives 43.78%of turnover,mainly because they were intercepted when passing the ball and passed to the back lane.6.The forward's possession of ball,foul,and throw-in turnover were more frequently than the other two positions.The center's violation mistakes are more often than not.The guard's passing and dribbling turnover are higher.7.Based on the division of basketball courts and the opinions of experts and teachers,this article roughly divided the locations of offensive turnover into six areas,mainly the restricted area,the area between the three-point line and the restricted area,and the area between the middle line and the three-point line..The study found that 92%of the areas where turnovers occurred in the offense were in the frontcourt.Among them,the most frequently occurring turnover were in Zone 1,which accounted for 40%,followed by 32%in Zone 3,and 20%in Zone 2.Through the research and analysis of offensive turnovers in the CBA playoffs,this article makes the following suggestions and conclusions in order to reduce offensive turnovers and improve the overall level of basketball.Conclusions:1.The failure of the key ball will result in the loss of the whole game,and it is found that 5-8 teams have more mistakes than 1-4 teams.2.Foreign players and young players are prone to personal mistakes in dribbling and passing,mainly because of the long time the foreign players control the ball and the lack of experience of young players on the field.3.The passers didn't pay enough attention to the passing process,the passing speed was slow,and did not pay attention to the position of the defender,which resulted in a lot of passing errors in the three attack scenarios.4.In three different stages of attack,catch mistakes and dribbling there are highly significant difference,because the basketball basic skill is not solid,athletes,athletes'physical quality is not strong,and the game in the state of mental instability.5.The area with the most offensive errors occurred in zone 1,which has a small space,dense players and intense physical confrontation,resulting in an increase in the difficulty of attack and therefore the increase of the error rate.6.In different positions,there is a high degree of difference between the ball and dribble,and the defenders have the greatest number of offensive errors.Due to the long time of the guard,the team is weak in teamwork,and many technical actions are not practiced in practice.7.The basic skills of basketball technique is not solid,the athletes'psychological quality is poorer,the athletes' physical weak low,the athlete's ability to read the game and the team's defensive ability is the main influence factors of offensive mistakes.Suggestions:The coach watched the video with the player,helped the player improve the reading ability,guided the player to analyze the cause of the turnover,and increased the player's awareness of offensive vulnerability and the degree of emphasis on offensive turnover.Players in different positions must have the goal of reducing mistakes during the competition,and try hard to avoid the same mistakes repeated in the game.There are targeted reductions in the number of turnover caused by the lack of solid technical and tactical skills.Strengthen the training for athletes to pass the ball and dribbling technical movements,thereby reducing the mistakes made by the athletes in the game due to passing ball and dribbling skills.Strengthen physical training,training with the ball,break layup,singles in the back,etc in the zone 1 during training.Training players to protect the sense of the ball,increase the simulation game training,psychological training for athletes to participate in competitions,training athletes in different situations under the psychological coping situation,improve the athlete's psychological quality,to promote the pass ball,dribbling technical actions on the spot play. |
