Turnover problem becomes more and more popular at nowadays. Employee turnover study becomes an important field in Human Resources Management. The study purpose of employee turnover is to grasp the general law of turnover and to reduce turnover rate by studying turnover phenomenon and finding out its antecedent variables, accommodating variables from turnover intention and actual turnover behavior. Enterprises may source possibilities to improve present management model and keep continual and steady development also by turnover study.Up to now, most turnover study focuses on antecedent variables of turnover intention, but few on accommodating variables of actual turnover behavior, study for expert and systemic turnover management is much fewer.Workers are the main force in production enterprises, equal recognition should pay to their turnover problem.By the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis, this article tried to work out a Workers' Turnover Questionnaire specially for Guangzhou Economic & Technical Development District, and analyzed statistical data by SPSS 10.0.The result showed that, (1) Workers' antecedent variables of turnover intention include four aspects as following: Pay and benefit, working relationship, corporate factor and individual factor. (2) Workers' accommodating variables of actual turnover behavior are external pressure and internal attraction.Suggestions to enterprises on workers turnover management are, (1) Recognize workers' turnover is also a big problem. (2) Take care in-service workers' feeling and organize informal discussion timely. (3) Set up complete C&B system. (4) Build up favorable employee relationship in corporation. (4) Construct favorable corporation management environment.
