With the development of China's market economy and the <Sports Development "13th Five-Year Plan" >,the goal of sports power,and the outstanding performance of golfers in the world competition,the major international golf events and amateur commercial golf events in China The rapid rise has promoted the development of China's golf tournament market to a certain extent.However,there are few studies on golf amateur competitions in China,especially the research on brand competitions independently organized by enterprises.As one of the most important partners of golf events,car brands participate in sponsoring or developing their own IP events,and establish and maintain their own brand sunshine and upward image with golf.This paper takes "Audi quattro Cup golf tournament" as the research object and the operation mode of the tournament as the breakthrough point,using literature method,interview method,field survey method and logical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,studies the internal and external advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the competition,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures for the summarized problems,so as to achieve the goal of promoting the long-term development of the competition.Through this research for other amateur golf events to provide a beneficial reference for the standard operation.Through the research on golf events and the operation analysis of the Audi golf tournament,come to the conclusion that the main problems in the operation of the event are summarized as follows :First,there are defects in the planning and arrangement of the event;Second,competitive management model has shortcomings;Third the lack of a complete golf training system;Forth,single marketing mode;Fifth,single recruitment channels and other issues.According to the results of this article,combined with the external environment,the author run forward standardize the management model to improve the operation of the event level,enhancing transmission dynamics,expand the scope of marketing,set up independent operations department,and employ professional competition operation management personnel,strengthen brand,broaden the contestants recruitment channels,the innovation form,enrich the content,do the risk management of the event.
